Queens County Clerk

A joke, they’re treating people like they are doing it for free. It’s their job to provide a public service. Most of these people are nasty and rude, humiliated a lady for not been fluent in English.
They should retire and let young people bring a positive and more efficient attitude. Public employees shouldn’t be referred they should be hired by qualifications.

I am currently sitting in the Law office for a religious incorporation. I’ve been standing here for 6 mins. And not ONE of the 10 people sitting/standing at their cubicle has acknowledge me standing here! I will update my review, once I’m seen!

Called with questions in regard to a certificate of publication and the rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything I needed.

Went to the court today window 9 is a completely mess
window 6 have the most pleasant ladies who are willing to do there work and help you.

It was a very smooth process today! I came to obtain my "dba" certificate. The clerk who assisted me from Window 6 (curly goldilocks hair) is a pro and very helpful. Im done within 15mins:)

Very good experience. Fast service. The clerk who takes hard copies was nice and friendly. There was only one issue with cashier DJAGDHAR. She was rude, mean and with very nasty attitude. Obviously she doesn't like people and her job.

I don't want to put any stars at all. The representative over the phone was way too rude and was not even cooperating to my answer to the questions.it seems like they don't know how to behave with people. They keep you on hold for million years and after that they pick up the phone; they are way too much irritated with the questions.this should be stop.

Staff very unprofessional. You’d think public servants would be happy to assist instead they were very rude.

Notery will send you outside to notarize your documents. I waste the day running in and out. At the end she said I don’t know what to do. Next day I went to the one in the city I was done in 10 min.

I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very nice from the court officers at the entrance to the clerks.

Organized, the clerk officer who was in control was very nice, even when they took us as jurors to the court house everyone was nice except an older officer who was very rude and had me remove my perfume out of my pocketbook, otherwise everything was great. I wish i would have stay longer. Thank You.
