I normally don’t give reviews on medical facilities, but I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff when I came here for a colonoscopy- from the cordial receptionist to the considerate and caring nursing staff, to the competent anesthesiologist, as well as my gastroenterologist, Dr. Rand. It was also comforting to see that this facility was taking plenty of precautionary steps to prevent the spread of the Covid19 virus during my entire visit- from registration and throughout the entire process. I can’t wait for my next colonoscopy- haha just kidding!

They have a very clean facility. The staff was very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend them.

After procrastinating for quite a few years, since my last one. Decided that it needed to be done.
I was given Dr Schnall’s number to call by my primary.
Office visit was very pleasant, everyone was very nice.
Exam was very extensive and thorough covering all bases.
Precise Instructions were given as how to prep, Which of course No one looks forward to. I must say in retrospect that it really was not bad at all.
On the day of colonoscopy, Arrived at Center, And again everyone was very pleasant nice accommodating.
Procedure was on time, Again medical staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
All in all I can say that the prep and procedure was not as bad as one might think.
Dr Schnall was there all along before during and after the procedure.
Would definitely recommend Dr Schnall to anyone who needs his services, if you want a thorough and caring person As a doctor.
In closing I would like to thank you Dr Schnall for your thorough exam and all your assistance and for being there.

My appointment was at 8 am, I was asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to fill and sign paperwork. The receptionist was very courteous and very attentive. The process was super fast and waiting area very clean and comfortable. I was walked to the basement of the facility and taken to prep area. I have to say that it was super clean staff was amazing and very thorough gathering my health history. Anesthesiologists Dr.kotys made me feel super comfortable with the anesthesia that was introduced. Dr. Hosseini and tech Semper were very welcoming once I arrived to the surgical room and answered last minute questions. The process was completely seamless and My wife was notified immediately after procedure was completed. I was finished and out and about by 11am.

The staff there is not welcoming and not informative on wait time. Receptionist sucks and no consideration for ppl time outside of their office.boo for your lack of professionalism and get a more diverse staff

Front staff is great, but seriously, if you have a 9am appt, you're good to show up at 1030 and you'll still be early. Drs here way overbook with no consideration of the value of your time.

If you care about your health, please do not go to get your test here, I ended up in the ER after an endoscopy nearly lost my life, and I know of someone who test was catastrophic.

I don't have words to describe how exelente services you have, thanks to all the nurse and from office my waiting time was 10 minutes only also thank you to my Dr James Rand, definitely Dr.you deserve five star I will recommend to my family and friends, thank very much once again.

Took my dad here for colonoscopy performed by Dr. Nia, he was professional, nice and most of all knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service most especially from the nurses at the colonoscopy area. They are very attentive, caring and compassionate to my 83y/o father. This place is clean, state of the art facility which is much better than going to your own MD office having this procedure done. We got the results printed and pictures needed right after procedure to take to surgical oncologist.
Registration area staff could be better, more friendly and informative.

No one knows who's on left who's on right all they worry about Is insurance you get a little for your money at this place No respect what's so ever.no public relations skills you can't even make a phone call when you coming to the dump you outside this place is pathetic beware go somewhere else.
