Horrible people they don’t have respect for anyone. The security guard was disrespectful and not welcoming. He had horrible attitude with everyone coming in. The supervisor was horrible too. I don’t recommend anyone coming here for anything. Go to another dmv office!

Very quick and efficient rotating people in and out. When you go in to change a driving licence go to the first desks for picture and documentation check on the right.
Secondly to the chair line where you'll be instructed to shift on as each person gets their turn.
Fill and print application before you go, check everything and you should be in and out 30-40 mins. Good luck

Great workers at the DMV who provided me with excellent service, very helpful, patient, organized and professional

Took forever for them to issue RealID for me, then staff said the system is down so they cannot apply RealID for me. What a joke, they keep pushing this RealID but the system was not working, they just want to make money from application fee. Very unprofessional with rude attitude. DMV is really that bad.

The emptiest DMV I have ever been to. Nice staff. Everyone was so helpful. I got all my work done in 10 minutes. Best DMV experience I have ever had.

Out of all the DMV in NYC area this is the fastest and best DMV to go recommend Early morning very few people.

Security guards and supervisory people were 5 stars quick and attentive but the process woman at the window not so much.

The worst experience I had, the woman at the window very rude and impolite. I almost cried there. Thansk Gad, the man on the other side, was very kind. But I don't want to go there anymore.

Very effective reservation system with clear guidance along the way. Didn't have to wait too long at any point. If you come prepared it is a pretty painless experience!

I went there to renew my regular ID N there is a woman called Renuka, Omg she was so rude n unprofessional, misbehaving with me. Everything seems all rite bt she did make mistakes on my apt no.so I request her to fix it. She was so mad n yield at me. She asked me the prove of address just to fix my apt no. N she print my address perfectly bt she did mistake on apt no. Then there is a guy who working there told me I don’t need the prove of address just to fix that. The rest emolyments are so friendly nice n calm to me n everyone there. Bt only that women Renuka looks so unhappy n crazy.so finally she unhappily fix that to me.worse experience ever in my life
