Beware. No walk-ins allowed!
I waited over 20 minutes, while they had 0 patients but they wouldn't serve me.
Don't advertise that you take walk-ins when you don't!

I went in on Monday July 11th and I arrived very early for my appointment. I noticed that the worker was working alone that day but she was still professional and courteous and getting us in and out. Great job!

Today I had an appointment for tests I needed for school due next week. I came into my appointment a few minutes late and was still seen immediately, the waiting room was empty. Charlene was the best honestly, I forgot my prescription for the order and she let me run home really quick to get it & took me right when I got back. She didn’t know I was on a crunch time frame and for that I thank her!

Nice and prompt. I arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in using the Kiosk. My name was 3rd in line on the monitor and I was called quick. The staff who took care of me was pleasant.

Great Experience. I had a scheduled appointment and was taken exactly on time. Charlene (phlebotomist) was friendly and funny. She was excellent. I hardly felt a pinch when she took my blood!

The absolute worst. They stand behind “covid” with their automated check-in and 0 customer service, phone support and a manager to speak with. The office is unsanitary, outdated and unorganized. There is one nice employee who is professional but the rest are arrogant and insensitive to all patients. It is an experience in it of itself to watch as many patients leave unsatisfied and disappointed. The facility employees and Quest corporate should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and this facility should be shut down. You are doing a disservice to the community. In 2022 we expect better!

Arrived before time for my appointment scheduled online. Still had to wait more than 30 minutes in waiting room without any reasons given. This has happened on every visit I have in the past 3 years. Maybe its a resource or staff attendance issue as the patient traffic is very high and more technicians are most likely necessary. The technicians are really nice though very courteous and professional and are experts at what they do. If somehow the wait times can be proactively conveyed and displayed on screen versus just waiting for your turn to arrive may help the customer satisfaction issue here.

RUN! Do not get anything done here if it can be avoided. You will be there for at minimum an hr and then will have to check in again and wait some more. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! You will check in and sit in a empty waiting room until your appointment and then still won’t be seen. I just left after 1.5 hrs waiting. No one acknowledges you even though they look you right in the face and then just shut the door as your speaking.

Trash staff they are beyond rude! Disgusting waiting room also!

The doctors office/clinic next door gets priority. 2 people who didn’t even check in were called in by full name no less to come in before me. I’ve had this appointment for 2 weeks
