Excellent technician very professional made the experience quick and easy was very pleasant to talk with. This was a total difference from lab on Delaware Ave Buffalo I wrote a review about my experience there but failed to mention the technician couldn't draw bloodwork but a kid to the backroom of the lab 455 am I didn't think was company policy to watch children while at work. I just want to say today was totally different!

Horrible wait times. We're booked a month in advance online. I will be looking for an alternative company for future blood work.

I have been sitting in this waiting room for ten minutes, alone. There is not one person here and I can hear at least two employees talking and laughing in the back and not calling me back. I mean when you’re working and getting paid to work, you’d think your job is more important than a conversation about, “the good old days”. So annoyed.

Waiting area for over 30 min and watch the blood test lady talk for over 15 min while I was the only one there and waiting in the waiting room. Someone came in with a drop off and was in and out in 5 min. I wrote this while waiting in the front room. I'm still waiting 30 min later.the screen time keeps changing and no one is coming to the front. Very upset with the wait time here!

I always make an appointment before I go. They have always taken me within a few minutes of my appointment time. They do blood draws efficiently and painlessly as possible.

I think writing about these places are so important. I was terrified I mean absolutely terrified of needles and the quest personnel have catered to my specific needs and nuttiness like no other. I feel so confident going in and having blood drawn and everyone who might be afraid need not be timid! They are there to help and guide you and make you feel comfortable! Thank you for your work.

Went in when they opened at 530 and they didn't start seeing anyone until 550 that is unacceptable for those of us who have to work early in the morning.

This was by far the best experience I have had getting my blood taken and I passed out. The whole staff there was nice and caring. If I could give more stars I would. The woman who actually took my blood was over the top nice. She told me a nice story to keep me distracted and she was sweet and gentle. When I came to there was another very nice woman there helping me and taking care of me as well as my original lady. Highly recommend this place and ladies if you see this thank you again!
