7 Not safe for vulnerable/at-risk individuals.
Both technicians I ended up with had serious coughs and were obviously sick. The first one blew out my vein, and the second stepped in without gloves. Despite masking myself, I now have symptoms of an infection.
Avoid.
Don’t like the fact that you have to make an appt on line now. What happens to those who don’t have computers and can’t make appts on line. And have tough work schedules? It’s Ridiculous! Prefer the old way when you can walk, sign in and wait a little while and your in and out.
There were no masks available even though there was a sign stating you take one if need-be. The employee walking by was unfriendly when I asked about options for water. I had been fasting since the night before and forgot to bring a bottle of water with me. When I asked if they had bottles of water, she looked at me with a nasty look and said, "that's called a spa! Lol we don't give out water! " Coule have been a tad nicer? !
Won't be going to that location again
Thankfully the male phlebotomist was sweet and kind, so that ended up being a pleasant experience.
If you have an appointment there really quick you get out and about 5 minutes
I made an appointment to come get routine blood work and the check-in pad wasnt able to find my appointment.i tried everything including entering my code, birthday, name and it couldnt find my appointment.there isnt a front desk so i couldn’t talk to anybody for help so i went outside to try to call so they could find my appointment but everything is automated so i couldnt talk to anyone there either.they should have someone on hand to either answer a phone or help when youre there.
Waited forever! No rhyme or reason as to when you’re taken back. Literally freezing inside. Clearly understaffed. Overall…
Horrible. We were 7 patients waiting there for more than 40 minutes, then a lady came and said we won't be serving anymore walk-ins, only appointments will be served.while there wasn't anyone there with appointment.
They just should remove the walk-ins are welcome sign there so everyone can make an appointment before going there.
