Quest Diagnostics 455 Delaware, Buffalo NY

I come in at 6: 30 as a walk in who has to fast and I see all the appointments ahead of me which is fine but then time passes to 6: 40 appointment & 7: 00 appointments, these people got here so much later then their appointment time and I still have not been seen at 8 am. With only 3 phlebotomist who seem to be taking their sweet time between patients

This location is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time. Complete opposite of the location across from delta sonic.

Really rude staff. I had an appointment so I was fine, though it did take 20+ minutes before I got in—- but they were so awful to the people who were walk ins who had been waiting more than an hour. The way they treated people was truly unnecessary

My young nephew had an appt and walk ins were called before him, he was finally seen almost 30 mins later. When we asked, the worker was a bit short with us. We will not come to this site again.

Staff is unreliable and their information is false Very rude and condescending I would not recommend going to this one I recommend going to a different 1 not the 1 on Delaware

The staff were all so nice! They’re very good at making you feel comfortable while they do the various lab work. I did have to wait but that’s okay. I do recommend making an appointment! Check in as soon as you are there as I think that helps speed things up.

Rude. Just rude. There's no improving on this of lowest quality care. No staff, especially Diamond, seem to care whether a patient lives or dies as long as shes in control.

One star feels like too many. No one responsible for reception and the check in kiosk was malfunctioning. Good luck trying to ask a staff member anything. Quest is truly the worst.

Great team working there. It was an overwhelming day for them. The wait was unusually long, even for appts. I never experienced that before. Going early in the am is probably best. They are kind and highly trained. Even with pediatric draws.

I want to be greeted by a receptionist. I don't want to type my information into a computer screen. They use to have receptionists. They make a ton of money so they could put someone on. That is way the employees are grouchy cuz they have to much work.

I had an appointment for an urine sample at 2: 10 and they said they couldn’t take me today because there is only one staff and the other staff took her/his last patient. This was at 2: 00,30 minutes before 2: 30. So I had to make another appointment for Monday since there was none on Saturday. This is for pre-surgical testing, I already had to cancel because I wasn’t feeling well. Next time I’m going to Buffalo General

To date never had any issues. It's much harder to get an appointment than before Covid. Mondays seem to be extra busy, avoid making an appointment that day.

First time at this location and last. The phlebotomist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I have been a Phlebotomist for 20 years and I know good Customer Service skills are a must and she lacked those skills.

These people put up with alot of bologna, my visit was pretty solid, I made an appointment, was in and out early, and got my results like a day later, no issues, I don't see any problem
