Thank God I found this place! Most labs give horrendous service, but these phlebotomist were able to take multiple vials of blood from my 2 year old with no issue. Thank you!

The automated system used to make appointments is extremely frustrating. It took more that 30 minutes just to make an appointment because the system could not comprehend what I was saying. I wanted to get in touch with a live operator, and the system did not allow me to do so.

I arrived at 1125 am for an 1130 am after receiving a text to expedite the check in process i sit for 30 minutes and I'm told we'll deal with your issue when we can then they go ahead and attend the 1145 am appointment ahead of me and I'm told to sit and wait.ridiculous!

Great Experience. Staff very friendly and professional. Office and rooms are very clean. No waiting time, check in and in 10 min later inside the test room.

They wouldn't accept walk-ins although the website clearly says they do. The workers here are rude and obviously lazy.

Yesterday night i checked the website and i came early at 6.30am for a blood work.i specifically checked if they take walk-ins.here i am in front of their computer they wrote no walk-ins for today.yeas i know about the covid-19 restrictions.but who makes these decisions? What if i drove 20 miles yo get here? Luckily i live 3 miles away.they have to change the walk-ins on their website.they want to make money thats why their corporate do not want to take it out.open your eyes people.this is not the time to put your clients in danger.this is the time you should take more precaution.

Made an appointment on their site, no wait! I’ve taken my kids here for a lab test on three separate occasions. Each time made an appointment online ahead of time. Upon arrival, there was absolutely no wait. Just check in with their tablet using your appointment code and in you go. I’ve been to a number of Quest offices and this one is really a step above.
