I’ve had a really positive experience with Yin here twice and found it to be quick and easy with an appointment in advance. This is much better than the labcorp location I used to go to

Badly mismanaged and rude staff. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had an appointment and had to wait 30+ minutes. Once the system was down and I had to redo a urine test and wait an hour. Will never return to this location

I was scared to go to Quest Diagnostics to drop the blood my doctor ordered, since I was hurt badly at Quest 57 st location. Decided to leave a review for this location because it was an absolutely different positive experience! The technician was so professional, very quickly, very knowledgeable. I aware her that I have very thin viens and ots gonna be a problem here and there, and I need a butterfly niddle. What a surprise, she assured that it's not a problem for her, and did a small pinch and we were done in few secs.
Absolutely will travel to this location further!

Today I went to lab with a 12: 20 appointment, like a normal adult I got there earl, 12: 15. It is not 12: 40 and they are still seeing people with 12: 10 appointments. They over book their time slots and do not care about customers time. Stay away, find a new lab.

I cannot say enough nice things! I was taken instantly at my appointment time. I am usually terrified of blood work (I drank a lot of water last night and this am). Roni got my vein instantly and painlessly and the whole thing was over in 1 minute. She is truly a blessing and I will only go here going forward!:)

I went and was told they don’t do pre employment drug screenings, but reviews indicate that they do. They told me to go to another location that wouldn’t accept my script. Very frustrating and easily preventable. Don’t go here

I am an RN. I went here today for my pre-employment 10-panel urine drug screen. I arrived Friday afternoon as a walk-in around 4.45 PM. I checked myself in on the computer which was simple and easy. Five minutes later, my name was called by the medical staff member that was ready to help me. This lady had excellent bedside manners. My visit was swift and efficient from start to finish. 15 minutes later I walked out of the building, all set and done. Wow! I'll definitely come back here when I need to get lab work done.

Had an appointment at 3: 20 on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Checked in on the kiosk and was called back in less than 5 minutes. Was in and out for PCR test in less than 10 minutes. Better yet I received my results in less than 24 hours on the Saturday!

Love this Quest location. Nurses run a tight ship, as long as you show up on time they get you in and out within five minutes for a blood test. Nurse / medical professional I had most recently clearly has a ton of experience drawing blood, you can tell who is really good at this because you barely notice it's happening. Have been to other Quest locations and had to wait a disgusting amount of time but not here. And they serve multi-ethnic clientele.

Given this location, most of your customers will be from a marginalized and under-served background. Relying on a single touchscreen check-in kiosk with no actual staff to deal with basic problems your customers have with the kiosk is just dysfunctional. For example, another guy and I had to help 4 of your elderly customers with their check-in because either they were technology challenged or your "multilingual" kiosk all the sudden switched to English 3 screens into the check-in process. And people with walk-in appts shouldn't be allowed to jump the queue for people with appointments booked ahead of time - no one was managing or keeping track of that. If I show up at my appointment time, I don’t expect to be stuck in a line for 30mins just to check in. Some of your customers today ended up waiting an hour just to find out they could have done a drop-off and be gone in 2 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour for my 10 min appointment. Totally chaotic. Please do not skimp out on your staff budget and hire at least a part time front-facing person.

Extremely rude, i would negative 0 star if i can!

I'm having some weakness and faint issue, so I asked my boyfriend to queue for me (cuz I will become very nervous and faint in a indoor setting recently - haven't figure out why yet) while I'm waiting dowmstairs in the car. They don't allow such a 'queue for others' thing although it takes only 1 min for me to get upstairs and my boyfriend has explained thoroughly to them what is happening and the potential risk. We understand that it might be the rules that they cannot wait for us for even 1 min, but the woman specimen right besides the kiosk was especially rudd and mean, even scolded us in Chinese. I felt quite angry, weak and even about to pass out (cuz I'm fasting for too long and my low calcium and low pth problem made me easily faint so i couldn't really control it). The nurses scolded us using very impolite and mean words.

Especially uncaring, mean and rude nurses (maybe some were good, but the one we encountered was so bad), we didn't feel any respect at all. Avoid this place!

PS: I rarely leave bad comment.

Quick and easy self check in. If you have an appointment the wait time is good. The staff were quick and very nicer than other places

My doctors office failed to send the order to Quest, and further failed to fax it after I waited an hour on the phone with them and was told they had faxed it. The tech here told me that was my fault for not coming earlier (like many people I work during business hours and cannot look into the future to anticipate needing to take additional time off of work because my doctors office did not do what they expressly told me they did). I flatly replied "ok thanks", and she somehow took offense to that and started whispering to and giggling to the other tech present, looking back at me to giggle some more in my face to make it extra obvious they were making fun of me for showing a modicum of emotion in the face of the very frustrating and unforeseen situation she had just blamed me for. Extremely unprofessional and immature behavior.

Had an appointment at 9: 10. Checked in on the kiosk and was called back 2 minutes later. Was in and out for bloodwork in less than 10 minutes. Super clean and straight to the point!
