Horrible. The check in system is terrible, has a sketchy internet connection, and doesn't remember your details from previous visits. There was nobody available to help when the system didn't work so I lost 20 min just waiting for someone to fix the system. Instead of apologizing, they told me to be positive and the wait time goes quickly.

Self check-in can be a little bit confusing, but the person who drew my blood did a fantastic job. Would recommend coming here.

I don't know what they are doing to children but the terrified wailing is impossible to endure. It's like a torture chamber listening to children's pleas to stop.

They lost the paper from my doctors with my tests.now I can’t take the meds I need until I can get another list of the tests from my doctors for another few days since it can’t be in my system.

The service on site was fine, did not have to wait long and everybody was nice. However their website „myQuest“ is just the worst thing I ever had to deal with online. Could not verify my identify because their „smart tool“ that asks you random questions that have nothing to do with you like what college you attended and what color your car had and so on always were said the be answered wrong and therefore the identity could not be verified. Had to call the first time to have that fixed. Then I could not see my results I said available (0) pending (1), a day later it just said (0) at both…had to call again, they send me an encrypted mail with instructions to create an account to see the message, after setting up a password it just kept telling me that either username or password is incorrect and the account will be blocked after multiple wrong attempts, here we go again call number 3…… the gentleman in all of his kindness sends me an uncrypted email and I am finally able to see my test results I want to thank the academy, my family and friends without you this wouldn’t have been possible.

I had a previously good experience taking my wife here for treatment. But the woman doing my blood draw caused so much pain, that lasted for over a day. She repeatedly moved the needle around in a rotating fashion
She was not responsive to my comments and her partner just sat at her computer largely unresponsive.

They can’t even complete a simple drug screen without the patient having to make an entire morning of it. Something like this should be a one-and-done thing… I have things to do and to have only one restroom available to their all patients is absurd.

I scheduled my appointment online just a few days ago. I got there before they opened and used the sign in computer when I got in (the log in link on my phone was going to make me wait until my actual appointment started). I was seen approx. 15 minutes from when I sat down and the tech got my blood sample out in the first shot and I'm usually a hard draw.

Made an 8: 15 appointment. Office is supposed to open at 8, but they didn’t open until 8: 30. When I checked in I was told I was more than 10 mins late so was pushed to walk in status. They acknowledged they opened late but “nothing they could do”. Was seen an hour after my initial appointment and was late to work.

Horrible experience. I get bloodwork done every month and have never had someone hurt me so bad. I was left with a horrible bruise all over my arm which is absolutely not normal when blood is taken properly and was in horrible pain before and after. I even told her this feels worse than normal she just ignored me. Not only do they have inexperienced people taking blood and hurting people, I had the horrible experience for no reason because THEY NEVER PROCESSED MY LAB OR SENT MY DOCTOR MY RESULTS. So what’s the point of your establishment? Do you just take blood to take blood and waste peoples times? Because of their unpleasant and unprofessional workplace my prescription was delayed for over a week and my medication process had to be restarted. Completely disgusted at this place and the woman who is clearly incompetent. You should not be working with people and this is coming from a hospital employee. Yous do not care about your patients or customers. I’ve tried to call several times to resolve this issue and find out what stupid person was the reason for all my troubles but they have an automated phone service so they don’t have to be held accountable. Truly warning anyone who reads this to not come to this location. Absolutely not worth anything.

You cannot physically call the place. Instead it is all automatic. Last automation told me the office was open until 4: 30 so I got there at 4 and there was a sign on the door saying starting 4/2021 they are closed at 4 pm. The appointment times given through the automatic system are not within the timeframe I need.and I cannot physically speak to anyone. From the other reviews the staff seems very unfriend ly. Can't wait for my 8 am walk-in tomorrow. Also I noticed in other reviews my same concern has been voiced 11 months ago. The team seems to respond to the reviews with "sorry for the inconvenience" and don't actually do anything to fix it. I would recommend MedRite for NYC people

The system for walk-ins is awful. You'll wait all day. If you have an appointment the experience is very smooth. Don't let your doctor send you without an appt!

I have very small floating veins and most of the time it is very difficult to take blood from me. Roopa succeeded the first time by finding the right vein.
I am so appreciative to her.

This place is HORRIBLE! I arrived before staff and the office opened, I waited for over an hour for a drug screening to be told by one of the MA I wouldn’t be seen until after those with appointments. This is the worst system every! It should be first come, first serve or have two MA’s one for appointments the other attend to walk ins. Oh did I mention there were only two staff members the third MA came in and acted as if she didn’t want to be there (attitude and unprofessional).

This place is horrible. Why does it take SO LONG TO GET A BLOOD DRAW? ! I was in here for over an HOUR. HIRE MORE STAFF! THIS IS RIDICULOUS if i could gove zero stars i would stay away from this place!
