Check in process and wait time was swift. My phlebotomist was professional and general area of the lab was spotless and orderly.
Staff respectful and courteous.

This is the Most horrible place you can go, Rude & Unprofessional Staff,
You can see that they Don't even want to be there to work.
I Waised my time and Finally Walked Out!

Most labs are hit or miss as for your "experience". I am writing about QUEST. I have had 3 or 4 incidents in the past 6 years where the code for a regular anual bloodtest were entered incorrectly. I have gotten NOWHERE with Quest when I attempt to solve it. Apparently neither does my insurannce company. I have found myself in Collections for the 4th time due to them entering a "wrong code" yet they don't correct it. Is this a coincidence? I think not as I have heard quite a few other people voice the same complaint. GO ELSEWHERE. Quest is corrupt or ineffecient and definately incapable of correcting their own mistakes.

I wish i could give last than 1 Worse Customer Services ever, Very unprofessional and the 2 employees working on 07/14 at 1: 00 p.m are giving a I DON'T CARE face to everyone who asks questions. I am wondering why people like them are working with a so miserable attitude.

This used to be a good Quest lab location once upon a time. Then recently it just went down hill. I would not recommend this place. Lets begin, the poor elderly are not computer savvy with auto check in, no one was there to assist, i volunteered to help them. Then 10 people were waiting to have blood drawn. Elderly, Adults, kids etc. My appointment was for 11 am i waited, then after a half hour i stood up to check what's going on no one is being called in. No personal at all at blood drawing rooms, all were empty. There was one confused looking person on duty and he was on a 1/2 hr break as he stated munching away at 11 00 am lunch is at 12 lol, oblivious as to what was going on as if he wanted people to walk out and leave.and some people did just that. I even doubt if he knew how to draw blood properly. Look If you are short staffed announce it to the people waiting, offer a sincere apology be civilized and proper. After 40 minutes waiting I walked out myself going to a Northshore lab facility close by which is more professional.

My visit was an pretty good experience, but they heavily rely on online appointments and an in house kiosk for self check-in (there is no other way to checkin). For this reason, here is no one at the front desk to ask questions for get some guidance from, so it took some time to get a staff member to stop and ask my question. But they were very helpful and kind once I was able to ask and during my appointment.

I'd recommend making an appointment online for the best and fastest experience. Quest seems to be designed to function best this way.

Doesn’t offer allergy free tape. I asked.now I have a rash where the paper tape was on my arm.

I’ve had to go a lot, this past year, for blood tests. I make an appointment for just after 6. Hardly have to wait in waiting room. Usually in and out in 10 minutes. The young lady who does it, don’t know her name, is great!

I understand mask mandâtes have been lifted from medical facilities, but this one specifically runs covid tests all day. This is not a podiatrist lol it’s a laboratory. The staff do not mask and they don’t require patients to. Guess you can’t get bloodwork here without risking exposure.
