Horrible experience for my baby. The ladies who work there are very nice, but they couldn't find the vein on my baby's arms. The first time, they poked around 6+ times in the arm trying to get the vein, second time I believe they got the supervisor and she went to the other arm and poked 2 times and finally got the vein! It was such a horrid experience for us to watch our son in such pain!

Used to go this place for a while but after today no more. Can’t believe how rude they people who work over there. They even don’t know how to take care of the patients. They will make you sick if you go this place. Totally unbelievable. Please try to go another place please.

I cannot rave enough about the treatment my family received at this location. My 6 day old baby needed blood drawn and as a first time mom I was very nervous but Carla and crystal went above and beyond. They took their time prepping my baby’s vein and with the most caring attitude. They were able to console me and ever so gently get the blood we needed. Carla and crystal are the kindness that this world needs right now. I cannot thank them enough for making an uncomfortable situation as pleasant as possible. Quest diagnostics you are beyond lucky to have them on your team.

A complete waste of my time coming here. You have to print your prescription what year is this isn’t everything digital? Keep up with the times Quest. And don’t ask to email it to the staff they will look at you like you speak another language. Never again

Patients are jammed in the tiny lobby. Their schedule obviously overbooked. Social distance? Forget about it!

To begin, I made an appointment a week prior to the visit. I was then bombarded with emails and texts reminding me to confirm the 8: 30 am Saturday appointment. I confirmed with no issues. Great, I thought.
Appointment day comes, I am waiting two hours past the 8: 30am scheduled time. I am here simply for routine blood work to be drawn. This Quest PSC is badly managed and lacked the personnel to handle the volume of people coming to the office. It makes no sense setting an appointment for your blood to be drawn and waiting this long.
Look elsewhere unless you want to wait.

Location has parking, though with COVID, I wouldn't advise using their valet service having someone drive inside your car. I believe you can park on your own.

This office is very small. If you are late, just reschedule; they won't take you in for safety reasons as it isn't ideal to pack such a small space during this current season we're in.

NOTE: to our essential workers at this location; I know it's hot, but please wear your mask properly by covering your nose. Thanks.

Today I went to this place for my little one’s blood test. It’s not easy to draw blood for toddlers, and it looked like they had no experience at all. They put in the needle inside the arm and blood didn’t come out and the lady kept turning and poking the needles in the arm and it didn’t work. And they tried both arms. Didn’t work! Terrible. Yes u don’t have to wait with appointment. But no, I will never return. Nightmare.

Made us wait in hot hallway, then wait a hour in office to tell me they can’t see me today, I registered on line and was told by them to come in at a certain time. After wave and she tells me they can’t see me today to make us an appointment another day I’m going out of state for three weeks I would’ve went to another location she claims are only two people today there’s always only 2 ppl when I got to quest location, what does that have to do with it, then not being able to do their job. Another elderly man left after 3 hours and the would not see him

They are really not kind and nasty. My wife and I visited many labs. This was the worst experience. They yelled at patients and blamed other people for their mistakes. Please avoid this one.

Even with temperatures in the teens this office has NO HEAT for the patients. BUT there are heaters in the office where the workers are. My 80-year old uncle must have blood work every week and this has been the situation for the past three weeks. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Terrible waiting system. Inept phlebotomists with poor attitudes. Save yourself the aggravation and go some place else.

Horrible horrible horrible. The lab was disorganized and this lady (chubby one) is super rude! U would think they would have the courtesy to tend to diabetics first.it's. Quick procedure why not? This lady really was nasty all around.

Horrible staff.if you have an appointment at a certain time, expect to be waiting there 30 min to an hour before your taken care of since they are very slow and disorganized.

They also don't like to answer questions and will present you with an attitude and ask you to sit and "WAIT" your turn, even though your appointment was for 45 min ago.

My advice is to try and find a different quest office if possible

This office has the dumbest answering system. It took 10 minutes to get someone to help me. I fell like I was in the 4th world. All I wanted was their FAX number try it you will see what I mean DUMB

The wait is ridiculous even if you have an appointment. Plenty of other labs available with better service.

I have been coming to Quest for my blood tests for 9 years, and their service has gotten worse over the years. Two patients were seen in the span of 45 minutes. The time the blood is drawn has an impact on the result so this makes it difficult to get an accurate result. If possible, I would recommend another location.
