Tibia was absolutely amazing. My dr sent the rx to the wrong lab. I went in to asked if it was sent there.she helped within 10 minutes. Her smile and the way she talks to her Patients is absolutely a leader. I hope other staff members will Follow in her direction.

The worst quest center I ever visited The staff is what makes it a terrible visit. They make it a bad experience. Not friendly at all. I had two appointments for my kids but they couldn't find one of it and made go all over to redo the appointments Even do I show the code and Qr scan
They say that doesn't help. I had to wait like I never had an appointment.

Horrible experience counter staff need urgently some nice attitude class.even with app.made it by doctor office.really totally disgusting.

I was told that if I arrived early that I could be seen for my 3 hour test. When I arrived I was told they’d be taking me in soon. After waiting 1.5 hrs I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. Try and avoid this location unless you don’t mind wasting your time. Disorganized & no clear communication.

Wanted to review this quest location for the simple fact of how poor the recent ratings are. Had an appointment for 6: 50 AM and was out by 6: 57 AM. The place smelled like it was recently sanitized and looked clean. Totally understand everyone's situation can and will be different; however, kudos to the staff for the check-in process and the appointment times.

Not only RVC but FREEPORT also had obscene wait times, accompanied by rude, snappy staff. Completely unprofessional and I will ask my doctors to send me elsewhere. 2 days to DROP OFF a completed specimen, non drug test related. I doubt the specimen is even good anymore.
QUEST, NORTHWELL, OPTUM.
The employees complain of the same thing: they are understaffed and overworked. That’s not my problem that the CEOs are bringing home millions and they cut corners at every chance they get.wake up America, healthcare does not have to be this way. Stay at your local doctors who are not part of these corporate affiliates.

Simply put, this place is a complete joke. If I did my job the way they do theirs I’d be fired immediately. Try to avoid this location or maybe they’re all the same I don’t know. Judging by all these terrible reviews they must be happy with the way this company is ran because everyone has the same problems and they change nothing.

Went for 1230 appointment. Only one in wit room. Been hour and still wait while secretary on her cell phone ignore me for straight honor. Don't come to this office. Sucks and rude

This is the worst laboratory ever. Quest Diagnostics policy of you have to make an appoitment, sign in and wait to drop off specimen that are not even yours sometimes its crazy!

If I could give Quest in RVC 0 stars I would. RUDE and obnoxious is an understatement. Dirty location. Run.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. Everyone wore their labcoats and name tags and I was out of there 4 minutes after my appointment officially started. I had a horrible experience at the Quest Diagnostics in Freeport, NY on Bergen Street but this one in Rockville Center was absolutely amazing. I received my new hire drug test and was on my way home in no time. The staff should be commended.

Absolutely the rudest women working at the front counter. Tells me she doesnt care if I had a appointment that they are short staffed and didn't have time and I should reschedule and blame the company not her. I told her it was important that I needed the test right away and she said it's important I leave and don't bother her.

I had my blood work done today by Cynthia at the RVC Lab. I have been getting my blood work done here for years. My experience with Cynthia was none like I have had in the past. She was very professional and pleasant in her task. Cynthia communicated to me what she was doing and after she was done drawing my blood, she confirmed that the vials that were labeled were my vials.
Did I mention that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes without an appointment!
Thank you Cynthia! Quest should consider making you the trainer of professionalism with patients.

Horrible attitude, for one no one’s even sitting at the front desk when I had a quick question to ask, just to give a urine sample they said they had no availability, just to leave urine? Wow what a joke I took my business to labcorp a few doors down, amazing service OVER there unlike quest they were quick, nice, easy had no bad attitude for asking a few questions.

Even labcorp was laughing & said really they need an appointment & had no availability just to drop urine test? I agree with labcorp terrible attitude & service at labcorp, I’ll make sure to take my business/money to labcorp where it’s appreciated & im valued and treated well unlike labcorp

On Jan 3 I had my bloods drawn at the RVC location, by phlebotomist Sheena. I neglected to mention 2 doctors had ordered labs causing Sheena to stick me twice. As frustrating as it must have been for her, she was understanding and handled it professionally.
