The place is very clean and the host very polite and friendly. I ask for help to use the machine. Those fancy kind the host was so kind and attentive. You don't have to use cash you can also use your debit card. I think that's Kool too.

This place is honestly the worst now.anyone can take your clothes no one cares to say anything.mit be the workers who knows bc the owners many of them are lazy to check cameras really.y are they up then.

Very good just that the lady that gave me my clothes held on to my change without asking, pretty ghetto move, she lost a bigger tip.

I love their specials, free dryers Monday thru Thurs and open 24 hours 7 days a week with a little parking lot.

Generally pretty low key with extremely helpful staff. Machines work very well for cleaning and drying.

Always clean. I have been going here since they opened and I have no complains except today I realized that they have increased their prices on the machines.

The best day is Wednesday free wash to get business 2 come in go2 wash clothes it 4am in the morning

Great place to go and wash and dry your clothes the location is perfect for families and also young adults other than taking the 30 bus to a very far laundry mat I recommend this location to all my friends and coworkers The machines are well kept clean and also employees are well kept kind and polite for any situations. One thing young teenagers in also families have a problem with you although you’re paying to get your stuff dry you’re being harassed by employee that stating that the policy says you cannot drying without washing they first this is horrible and also repulsive One of the employees stated that whoever is cleaning the machines or not cleaning it well and thoroughly and the doors of the machines are failed with build up dust one of my family members stating that she will not come back here again

I went on Thursday 10/17/19 to pick up my clothes, only to find out they were washed with someone else's clothes, that included their underwears! The gentleman who works the graveyard shift decided he was going to wash customer's clothes (even thou he is not supposed to do this, as this is not a part of his job) however he did it anyway. This is also not the first time he has done this, and he is still employed at this facility!

My kids and I had to look through 4 bags of clothes (including my 2 bags) to pick out what clothes belonged to us. The clothes didn't smell washed, as they normallly do.

I should have received a call (that is the point of our phone number on the receipt) from the manager that this occurred and both myself and the other customer should have been present with the manager to sort through the clothes. I asked the workers to please have the manager call me as I was livid that this occurred, and I'm still waiting on a call from him! You don't leave this to the female workers to tell the customers this, as this is a very serious situation. The manager put these workers in a situation that could have turned out really bad had I been someone else.

The lack of professionalism that the manager exhibited by not calling or being around when we came is disgusting and not a place that I would ever put money back into. I have referred several customers here, as the female workers are amazing and do such a great job with washing, folding and packing these clothes. They are as well disgusted with what happened and have deicided to take their services else where. I will also be reporting this occurence as well.

Great price, but don’t tell me you can get my clothes ready and then you don’t, i always tip, but this the second time it happened consecutive out of the other many times, very upset, if you don’t like a client just say it, there many other washing clothes places i can go and i live by grandconcourse and i come all the way down here because i used to like you and today is Sunday guess who's working tomorrow with dirty clothes, now bury my comment.

I dropped my clothes off to be washed and I picked up two bags mixed with someone else clothes and most of my stuff missing!

This location is ok. Would have been better if there were more machines. Seems like when I go there lack of machines to use especially the small load machines. Other locations have plentiful machines. The folding tables are very small as well.
