How unprofessional can you people be? I order from Doordarshan and this is the second time you people don't give the drink to the driver!? What? Am I supposed to call you people to make sure you give it to them everything I order? Come on. Stop wasting my time. Keep doing this and I will stop ordering from you people

My favorite convenience store for drinks, snacks, and to get some food on the go. All the workers are always very kind and professional and they have a great inventory of products.

I wish I could give this place zero star's
The car wash destroyed my side view mirror
The company refuses to pay for it.
And the district manager got nasty with me.

FIRST OFF definitely DON’T want to even give a one star! I stopped by to pick up a coffee on 10 /16/22 and Omgggg I totally left the coffee and walked out because the line WAS literally out the door. Obviously they REALLY NEED to hire more HELP asap or otherwise they will Lose more customers. Plus this place is called Quick Check MORE like SLOW CHECK it should be called because they MOST definitely fit the part for that one!

Won $200 on a $20 scratch off, cashed it in and bought another of the same ticket from the other machine and won another hundred. Sweet lunch!

Stopped here at 1am for coffee and a sandwich. No decafs available and I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich as someone ahead of me purchased 8 sandwiches. Yes 8. I counted. Sandwich guy was a lil rude when I asked if there was any decaf available but seemed to have a better attitude after he was done making all those sandwiches for someone else.

Dirty inside and out. Manager and another employee were making sandwiches and were over a 1/2 hour behind on in store orders, focusing on door dash orders instead. Multiple people getting refunds for waiting too long, and also heard several wanting refunds for wrong orders.

The staff is friendly for the most part.
The store could be cleaner, especially when comparing it to other QuickCheks.
The food and coffee are fresh.

Usually understaffed at the register. An old person purchasing lottery tickets will make 6 other people wait. Coffee station been filthy lately.

They have gas and sandwiches.that's really it.

Also, it's really on theme that they painted the soup sign with actual soup.

My husband and son stopped in there on Saturday afternoon. When they got outta the truck they realized they locked the keys in the truck, they received assistance from three helpful young ladies who managed to get the door unlocked. They are Lesley, Sydney and Genesis. Thank you for your awesome team work.

This is the 2nd time in a row I had a bad experience with Zach at the New Windsor Location. I walked in, and there were 2 cashiers working. 1 was busy so I'm waiting and zach who was the cashier that was free just staring at my husband and I like he does not want to call on us. So we move closer to the other register and that's when we he finally speaks and says to the white gentleman behind me that he can help him. I believe he remembered us from the previous bad customer service experience he caused us to have. Well If quick check employees don't want to help all types of patrons, they should clock out and go home. Monday morning I will be calling corporate.

One star was too many. Zachary was the cashier at store #115 and he was very rude. He was hesitant to call on us next. Maybe it was racially motivated. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and he asked me if I was purchasing them for someone else. I said no, and asked why, he answered with he don't know. He didn't offer me a bag, nor a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he snatched it out the register with an attitude.he didn't say thank you. I asked him for the store # and he said he didn't know. A manager had to provide me with the store #. Very bad customer service

Best QuickChek I've been to! All of the basic amenities and services PLUS the free air and very efficient self-car wash at an even more exceptional price.
