This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They are so kind and they do a beautiful job.

I never leave reviews but finding a good nail salon has been a struggle. I finally came across R and L and had such an amazing experience. The technicians were so meticulous and made sure my gel X manicure was perfect. This is 4 weeks out and they still look nearly perfect!

My favorite pedicure and manicure on the UWS. I’ve tried probably 20+ nail salons on the UWS and this is by far my favorite.

I am very mindful of when leaving review, but I feel compelled to leave this one. I feel compelled because I want whoever the owner or leadership of this business to understand that some New Yorkers move all over the city and often times, search for some semblance of home in a neighborhood. So, when I moved back into the city from Brooklyn, in search of a nail salon to call home, I was hoping that this would be it. Sadly, I experienced the same level of mediocrity that tons of other places provide all over the city. But the last two times were the most disappointing. Not only did the lady who did my nails, make me feel bad about not being happy about the pedicure I received, (I did enjoy the powder manicure), the last time I was there, all technicians were occupied and instead of allowing me to sit and soak the powder off of the nails while waiting, she instead asked me to come back in 45 minutes. So I did. After pouring the solution in a bowl, which took all of 10 seconds, I sat there for at least half an hour soaking and after, she did not want to complete the nail procedure, I’m assuming because she didn’t want to stay longer. Whether I misunderstood something or not, the reality is the way that it was handled in my opinion could’ve just been done with more consideration and mindfulness. So I exercised my final discount, and I will certainly not be patronizing that business again. Instead, I chose one of the numerous other nail salons that are walking distance from there and I enjoyed the manicure I received, on my birthday before I flew out of the country where I felt appreciated and the service was kinder. I hope your experience is must better than mine were.

This is the best place. They are so kind and they give the best mani and pedi on the upper west side. They give free massages with a mani! I love them all!

Made an appointment in the morning for a night time spa pedicure. When I got their they said I had to wait 30 minutes, terrible business model. Take appointments and stick to them or just do a walk in business. I’m a regular customer but will not be back.

I’m very particular about my nails and i being this was the first time here i was but nervous but i must say i had a wonderful experience. I’m not sure of the name of the woman who did my nails but she was great. She really took her time with my nails and did not rush like some nail shops. Let’s just say she did the damn thing and the price was very reasonable.definitely will be coming back!

The ladies here did an amazing job! I’m so picky with my nails lol, but my lady did amazing! Got dip powder almond nails and a message for a great price! I will definitely be coming back!

After Li replied to my message, I came over and had my gel manicure fixed.
I love how they took responsibility. This is a great service and a very fair policy. I will be back!

Less than 72 hours from service my gel started to peel off.
Paid $103 for pedicure and gel manicure (+$20 tip). This is how it looks, less than 4 days after.

Best nail place in the Upper West side! They get it right-'nail' it-every time! And it's actually affordable!

One week after getting a gel manicure and my thumb nail is breaking and the polish is cracking on most of my nails. I paid $90 ($20 tip) for this with a pedi and at a good salon it can last me three weeks. So disappointed because the owners were really nice and the salon was clean. Also I previously went here two times for gel powder (which did at least last) and each time the prices got more expensive.

The ladies are very attentive and courteous.nail polish selection is good as well no extra for quick dry polishes.
