Worst customer service ever. Walked in and not one employee spoke to me! The women were too busy talking about their personal lives and eating, a dude came out and helped me. Never again! No one should ever leave a place of business being this upset!

I ordered my class A from them and it still didn’t fit correctly after 2 tryons. The women took measurements for no reason because most of my company still didn’t fit the uniform correctly. I received my class A days before my graduation and it still wasn’t fitting correctly. I wouldn’t recommend this place go elsewhere

I still have my original class A from 10 years ago. Quality was great and still is.they do a great job sewing on hash marks while you wait and have great customer service.

False advertisement in front of the store. I called for a uniform listed ON A BIG SIGN OUTSIDE OF THE STORE. Employee response “no we don’t have”

Do not go horrible material can’t spend time inside of it feels like sandpaper, horrible prices and horrible attitude at the door.

Horrible customer service from the owner and cheap hemming of pants. Don’t waste your time nor money here. This store was a LAST RESORT and barely even that. STOP! And go elsewhere! This place sells the cheapest products at the most expensive prices. Is the girl with the grey eyes that so annoying doesnt even have customer service skills and treat law enforcement in a proper manner. If I could give this shop zero Stars I would. This place will rob you, and give you the run around. Never spending a dollar more ever again in that store.

Horrible quality Class As. Didnt know any better till recently after comparing with other friends. Measurements are way off and i was led to believe they were fine. The material feels like sandpaper. Better spending extra 100 that you can actually use compared to something like this that cant even be fixed

I want to thank the owner. He was so helpful to me. I didn't get his name, however, he stayed past his store hours for me, to make me a custom name tag for my work uniform. (I live an hour away from the store). He didn't answer the phone after closing, but he was in the store. I called to explain that I would arrive a few minutes after closing. If you do go and it close to closing call him and explain. He doesn't answer but I still past the store and the gate was almost all the way down, (I guess for safety) he was still inside. So I called again and waved at the glass and he let me in. The tag ink is in nice dark ink. My co-worker and supervisor both wanted to know where I got my name tag from because they got theirs somewhere else and the ink wasn't as visible. I am happy with my uniform name tag. He also customized my belt because I needed size 30" but it was not available so I got the 32" because the 28" was worn out looking and too small anyways. I wish he had the size I needed, however, adding the extra holes was a good enough alternative. If you need a flexible store to shop for uniform items at a reasonable price then you should give this store a try.

I am going to be honest and say the price the lady said on the phone was $10 for the tag is silver and $15 if I got gold. However, the owner charged me $15 and I got silver. I just said in my mind that it was a tip for him staying 10 -15 minutes passed the time. He did try to sale me a size medium when I asked for a small, and I only asked for a small because most places don't have extra smalls, which is what I truly needed. I didn't purchase the shorts just the belt and name tag. Both came out to $40 with the extra $5 included. He didn't charge me taxes because the registers were closed. You many have a good experience take in account all the reviews and then you make a choice.

Ordered class A in January wasn’t ready until April, 2 weeks before graduation and the reefer coat isn’t even ready to boot! Go to pick them up to find out that they were not ready and they need to tailor them because my pants were an extra knee length long (so much for accurate or even close measuring). The lady was extremely rude and defensive, the gentleman was nice and said he’d have it ready for me next day. This is not an easy place to get to as I live on Long Island. Went here because they were cheaper, what a mistake! Would gladly have paid more for all of my items ready at the same time and accurately made. PNS, although more expensive, was ready in weeks and everything fit for those that went there. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Good luck to those who ordered from them, I hope your experience was better than mine. (Everyone in my company who ordered from here also had similar issues)

I liked it.very helpful got everything on time and also price very reasonable.staff is very helpful.

If you need a good uniform then come here. The uniforms have a more professional look to them than other uniform stores.
