They do a great job with my nails since they had a nail design artist, but pedicure and waxing is an absolute fail. False eyelash is a hit or miss.

Went in with my sister around noon. It's after the holidays so understandably they don't have much business. Appreciate that they got me in and out. But my nails are not what I asked for.
I asked for a simple black and white, coffin shaped.
Very uneven in length. All different shapes and sizes. And it's not even black. It's brown. NOT worth the 50 dollars.
I did try to go back and told them I wasn't happy. Explained why, and all she did was file them down more. Would not recommend.

Came in during slow hours and my nail tech was doing amazing. She cared about not pinching me or making me bleed, and the shape of my nails were phenomenal. However, after some people came in, she started rushing and the nail color and the lines became uneven, not fully colored, and just not worth what I paid for. I am very disappointed to be getting this before the holidays.

Call ahead before arrival. When walking in i was to “get my gel polish. ” I asked for color dip and was told they didn’t do it. The lady that sits in the front that did my nails was extremely rude and rushed the whole process. She kept my change! So she just assumed she was getting tipped! My nails are not even they are different shapes and sizes (I specifically wanted coffin) not what I wanted. Here’s a photo a week after.
