I came in last week with my 3 week old for nasal Stenting. Dr Ruotolo was so sweet. She placed the stents in at the initial visit and gave me an extra one so that I wouldn’t have to come back if we lost it. The PA, and RN as well as the front desk we’re all so patient and kind. I definitely highly recommend the office and Dr Ruotolo.

I was involved in a car accident and suffered an extensive fracture of my orbital floor. My risk for having a permanent deformity called ectropion was extremely high. Dr. Ruotolo and her office staff were amazing. Dr. Ruotolo is one of the most skillful plastic surgeons I have ever met. I am a pediatrician and have worked with many plastic surgeons, she is one of the best. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I am fully recovered with a barely visible scar and my vision is better than expected. I am forever indebt to Dr. Ruotolo.

Dr. Ruotolo was recommended by a fellow mom for my son who had an unfortunate accident and had a horrible cut down his face and a broken nose. They got me in right away and I could not believe how much time she spent with us - explaining every step and all our options. She was warm and kind but direct and confident. I knew immediately she is who I would trust with my son's face. The surgery was smooth and the results are perfect. Not only is she amazing, but so is her staff. Dr. Ruotolo, Danielle PA-C, and all the Staff at NYPSG were absolutely beyond amazing! My daughter had a “folded ear” at birth that never resolved. At 5 weeks I reached out to Dr. Ruotolo’s office and were given an appointment right away as this was a time-sensitive matter. The front desk staff at both the Garden City and Babylon offices were kind and made checking in/out and appointments so easy and pleasant. When we were seen, Dr. Ruotolo evaluated my daughter’s ear and took the time to explain a treatment plan in detail. We were able to get started on our initial consult with EarWell to non-surgically mold the shape of her ear. We were seen once per week for a total of 6 weeks. Each visit, we were always welcomed warmly and there was rarely ever a wait. During our weekly visits, Danielle PA-C changed my daughter’s EarWell with gentleness and skill which was much appreciated as a first-time and nervous mom! After 6 weeks, her ear looked amazing and Dr. Ruotolo gave her stamp of approval. During our last visit, she gave my daughter a graduation onesie and certificate which made what could have been a stressful process a bit of fun! My family and I appreciate the kindness, empathy, and expertise of everyone at NYPSG what we worked with and I would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends!

I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Ruotolo & her lovely team for my rhinoseptoplasty surgery, and I can't express enough how grateful and impressed I am with her exceptional skills, expertise, and compassionate nature. Our daughters cleft lip was a surprise at birth and the pediatrics team at North Shore University hospital set my family up with Dr. Ruotolo and her team. We were able to get an appointment within days, and while we waited for the meeting I did my due diligence to research 2nd opinions. Once I met Dr. Ruotolo- I knew we didn’t need to seek any other opinions- she is IT. Not only was she so great and gentle with our brand new baby, she was so kind and compassionate to two scared and overwhelmed first-time parents. Dr. Ruotolo and her team (some of the best PA’s!) went above and beyond to ensure every question no matter how small or silly was answered both pre and post op. My daughters surgery ended up being the Friday before Easter and she even took time away from her own family over the weekend to check in and see how things were going. After just 4 weeks my daughter has a thin scar that I’m confident with proper care on our end will be hardly noticeable as time goes on.

Dr. Ruotolo is the best of the best. We are so lucky that we were introduced to her, I can’t imagine anyone else giving our daughter her forever smile. When I’ve shared with other medical professionals that she is the one who performed our daughters surgery- I am constantly receiving comments of what an incredible person she is and I couldn’t agree more.

If you are a parent with a cleft affected child- look no further, Dr. Ruotolo and her team are the only option!

Dr Rachel Rutollo is such an Exceptional, compassionate, caring human being. I have had an incredible experience with her back in 2013 when she fixed my son cleft lip when my son was only 3 months old.the result turned out to be great, now my son is 10 years old we are still satisfied of the work she has done.i highly recommend her to anyone looking for a surgeon they can trust with good result, trust me u will not get disappointed.thank you Doctor Rutollo for everything.

Dr. Rachel Ruotolo has been a blessing. We we recommended to her by several friend ñs and co-workers. My son went the syndactyly and polydactyly surgery. Ruotolo alongside her crew made us feel at ease during the whole process. The aftercare for the surgery is a bit overwhelming for parents. Ruotolo and her crew were available at all hours of the night even facetiming us to give us a second walkthrough on the process. Wrecommend her to anyone looking to get any procedure done.

Dr. Ruotolo is an amazing plastic surgeon. She listens to what you want to look like after the surgery. After that, she explains exactly what you will look like after she performs the surgery. She is very honest. There are no hidden costs. She checks on you throughout the whole healing process. The nose surgery maintained a very natural look. Nobody would ever know that you had your nose done. The facilities are very clean and the staff is considerate, caring, and very helpful.
