Radiology Associates of Brooklyn - Boro Park

Great experience from the first conversation making the appt (new patient) receptionist was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I didn’t have my insurance information handy, she said no problem bring it with you to your appt (other places wouldn’t make the appt for me without it). Appt was made within 24 hours, didn’t have to wait months. Great experience in office as well. Normal wait time. Most ppl don’t take time to write a positive review. Don’t be fooled by the negative ones.

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. I couldn't get to make a simple appointment because every command had me waiting 10 mins for secretary to come back on phone only to apologize for long wait. And then she tells me she has to pick up calls in-between my call. When I asked her why she doesn't finish with one call then go to next.her response was that she's there alone and Dr's call in.
And guess what they have no technician till sometime in MAY in BP office.
Just work in rotation it will go way faster then 10 calls in one go.

Horrible service! I showed up to an appointment only to be told it had been cancelled because the radiologist has left for the day. (Despite the fact that I received a call the day before confirming my appointment)
