Excellent providers/triage/staff/call center representatives that do appt scheduling. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this clinic.
They are many check-in. By online, at the location and a questionnaire. That was a little bit annoying. Once all is done, there was little wait time. Lots of question were ask by each department which was great. Tests that were recommended, were not discussed with me by the PA. Therefore I was surprised of all the appointments I had.
The therapy department were caring and patient. The neurologist was also great with knowledge and with medication recommendations. The front desk were also friendly and patient.
The doctors here may well be top notch, as other reviews have said. I wouldn’t know. I never got to see one. After spending an hour and 10 minutes in a dirty waiting room with other folks who were there since before my arrival, and with no communication from anyone regarding the reason for the wait or offering an update, I walked out, with a politely put but very plain message left for “my” doctor.
Go elsewhere.
Quick and comfortable visit getting my x-ray today. All the staff made me feel very comfortable, and everyone in the office was very friendly, even people that I wasn't there to see. Great experience and definitely will recommend Radiology Medical Arts to anybody!
I've gone there twice so far, and it's been great. Location is clean, the team is AMAZING, and the wait is short. I highly recommend Radiology Arts to my friends and family.

Awful costume service, very rude receptionists. The doctors are good but overall the disservice is unbelievable horrible. I did an MRI on April 28th and they said it would be sent it to the doctor within 2 days. On May 4th I had an appointment with dr Anam Azeem and she was surprised that I hadn’t gotten my results yet, however she got to see the images somehow on her computer and she said that I have a disc herniated tearing and I must see a spine surgeon asap, so I asked the front desk AGAIN to release my results and they didn’t. Last Friday (May 12th) I called them and told that I was going to see a surgeon today (May 15th) and I MUST’VE bring the MRI results with me, they said they were gonna send it via fax to my doctor and they didn’t. I saw the surgeon today and she said that they should give me a cd with the images on it. It’s so frustrating knowing that I have a disease that has to be treated asap and because of their disservice is only delaying my treatments.

January 6 I was diagnosed with a 9.9mm carotid aneurysm.
I went to the neurologist in Columbus and he told me to do more tests. I came to this center to have an MRA performed with a NEGATIVE result of an aneurysm.the neurologist told me "everything is fine, there is no eneurysm".
It took more than 1 month and they asked me to have an MRI which I scheduled again in this place and the same day they canceled it. "according to them the machine was bad"
Previously they repeated the MRA because the machine malfunctioned!
Anyway, I did the MRI in another laboratory and the result was:
1.5 CM carotid aneurysm!
It is the worst place where you can come to look for a diagnosis! Please don't believe the results!

If you want to take care of your health, DO NOT COME HERE!
The service was very fast, efficient and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this place.
Intake evaluation was done by Monika Pokhrel, Physical Therapist, who was professional and caring. She explained problem and set appropriate goals Also highlighted areas of strength.
First, the receptionists doesn’t provide a good customer services. I just tried to reschedule appointments and a lady named Karen (not sure if is her real name, or she’s being sarcastic) was just horrible.
Second, I did X-rays and didn’t hear back about the results, I asked over the phone and they said they would call me about it. It’s been more than one week.
Third, They sent my to do PT without telling me what’s my diagnosis. I don’t feel comfortable doing PT without knowing what’s wrong in my body first.
I have a feeling that the place is just $$$ focused. Sadly, because I spent money and time going there to be assessed for neck/shoulder pain.
I’m sorry please remove my feedback only because the feedback I left for was for another location! & The location in question is for Fourth Avenue on between 13th & 14 street. Please except my apologies for leaving the positive feedback for the wrong radiology center. So on that note please do not post my comments on your site. Have yourself an excellent weekend!
Terrible staff, very rude constantly canceling and changing my appointments. They do not help you with the navigation of insurance. Very mean!
Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and caring.
Waiting time can be longer than expected at times, which is why I gave the clinic 4 stars.
Don't trust your billing methods, you say deductible but when I check medicare shows deductible was already met? Billing explanation is lacking so I don't know what's going on? Cutting off payment source, in the future send me details! Wait times are also to long, get better seating for senior citizens if they are to wait 30 minutes pass the schedule appointments. Your office doesn't inspire confidence. Will probably start looking for better service elsewhere.
