This place is unorganized and has unprofessional staff. They scheduled the wrong appointment time and made no confirmation call prior to the appointment, when we arrived they had the nerve to make us wait (an elder on oxygen) because they were doing us a favor by taking us “early “ as the appointment time given was not documented correctly. Mean while they took walk ins as well. The receptionist young brunette heavy set girl with curly hair, was rude and disrespectful, she was not wearing a mask for the length of the 1.5 hours I was there and kept talking about beating people up while bar hoping. And there is NO Handicapped ACCESS to enter the building UNBELIEVABLE! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I going there for many years, and always they are very professional and friendly.no complaint at all.

Terrible! Go anywhere else. I showed up, filled out my paperwork.and waited and waited. A "nurse" comes out and starts taking peoples names, ten minutes later she did the same thing. I sat and watched as people that were there after me kept getting called in. Finally i spoke up -after another fifteen minutes they finally called me. No one else left to call. The nurse that helped me was lacking in courtesy.and definitely didn't want to be there. When i couldn't finish my MRI because it was too tight, not even a word of confidence to try and get me back in.
Stay away! Big mistake wasting two hours going there.

Went yesterday for some test the place is a dive, small waiting room with no ventilation between the fumes of whatever the hell they were cleaning and the heavy lady that checked me in at the window she reeked of marijuana won’t be going back to this place ever again they are so disorganize and unprofessional

Girls at front desk are loud and unprofessional.long waiting time

Had my cell phone robbed and had to file a police report. Staff would not allow me to go back into the private exam room that I was just in for a medical test and search for my stolen phone and driver's license. How do these items get stolen when the technician was the only one in the room? A police report was filed the same day. If you have any personal items, have someone hold them for you in the waiting room. The personnel there has always been rude, but now stealing is going on. Horrible!
