It's a pleasant ride which gives a bird's eye view of the Niagara falls. I feel if one can afford it then it should be on the to-do list for sure.
The challenges are that this place doesn't take bookings which can be good or challenging. Luckily we reached at 12: 45pm and they start selling tickets in the afternoon from 1pm. We were second line for the ride and by the time the counter opened, there were around 15 families. Now they were all in sequence for the ride.
Also, we felt that the crew can help with the headsets a little bit more as two of my party members were complaining of dizziness as they could hear the loud noise from chopper. Apparently the headset needed to be adjusted.
Lastly, they could have the headset with speakers and maybe the pilot can explain what the passengers are seeing to be more effective.
Worth a single penny, views are spectacular smooth ride and customer services the best recommended this place
I am a local and I have to say the view from the helicopter is absolutely breathtaking. I took my 6 year old for his birthday. He loved it. Highly recommend!
The back of the helicopter is the worst seat. Wish I could of sat upfront. Fun ride though. Would pay more for a longer flight next time.
