Rainbow Cab, Jamestown NY

This company blows It took two hours to get a cab when the dispatcher said it would only be a half hour. Every time I called he said the cab will be there any minute. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

Called for a cab, dispatch told me 30 mins, called after an hour, he said just a few more mins, now it's been 2 hours and I'm not bothering to call them again, ordering a Lyft. I feel like I gave them more than a fair try, won't be trying to use them again.

Worst experience ever waited almost 3 hours in the freezing cold for one of the rainbow cabs to show up

If 0 stars was an answer. I mean, their cars smell like smoke, but if that's not bad enough, their drivers are high as a kite driving around. Their vehicles are all falling apart. To top it off, the drivers add their own smell to your already enjoyable ride.

Completely terrible average waiting time is double what the dispatch says, and they are more expensive then Uber, wouldn't use unless no other choice

Unsafe vehicles. Not available 24/7. Doesn't run past 11pm Mon-Sat, doesn't run past 5pm on Sun, charges extra for credit card use, some drivers don't pay attention to the road, no more than 2 or 3 drivers on at a time causing 1+ hour wait, male dispatcher won't give real time ETA's and just says he'll get a cab to you as soon as possible, vehicles always broke and unsafe, 90+ minutes wait, over priced, unprofessional drivers and dispatchers. Ride with Uber or People Movers instead. Rude male daytime dispatcher who won't give out real time ETA's. Owner hires any scumbag off the streets who has a driver's license. Drivers routinely trying to get passengers to come drive for the company with no experience in this field. No professionalism anywhere in this company. This company needs to be shut down by the city and state but I'm sure the company owner is sucking up to the government so he doesn't loose his livery license. Absolutely a disgusting business with zero professionalism or care. Only 1 driver has ever apologized for the wait or said thank you. Vehicles are in serious need of repairs and should not be on the road. The vans he puts on the road won't pass NYS inspection for sure.

Rainbow cab company is one of the worst company in Jamestown New York it takes them three hours for them to come to you that's why I don't take have I walked now

It's on it's way I swear, I mean the drivers aren't bad. Being one of the only cab companies in Jamestown can be rather bothersome if your in a hurry always call at least 1hr to half hour ahead of time.

Ken was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Great company if you need to pre-arrange a ride!
