Rainbow Nails reviews
16 I didn’t get a chance to use it it was like 5 mins past closing. I didn’t know they was closed I just wanted to wax my eyebrows. The lights were on the door was open so I started to open it before I could even look up or pay attention (had headphones on low) the lady rushed in and pushed the door closed. I had to move quick and jump back or the door would have hit me. I said “oh wow are you closed” and she said yes and continue to close the door.
I understand your closed but omg. I just did my hair and I didn’t know they were closed I never been there before. I just think they could have been way nicer about it. It’s not like the door was locked or there was signs of them being closed I wouldn’t have known. For this reason I would never use them because That wasn’t nice to do to a customer
I came to this place 3 times only because it is very convenient for me as its only a couple blocks away. I guess i always give them the benefit of the doubt hoping ill get someone good the next time. ALL 3 times were very frustrating dealing with these people. They dont listen to your request, they do as they please, they push to up sell, and they are downright rude and unprofessional. I even gave them a tip (which i really regret doing) i didnt even get a thank you. You thank them, they dont know how to respond with a youre welcome. I came in and got Tony as my tech (idknifbi should even call him a nail tech since that sounds too professional) asking to soak my nails off because i hate when they pop them off (it hurts and tears a layer off my real nails). I asked for a regular polish manicure he kept persuading me to do gel. He later tells me $25 total for a regular polish manicure and soak off. So i questioned on how much is a manicure ($15) a soak off is ($10) which is ridiculous because he didnt even soak them off! I had to ask Tony to file the side of my nails while drying my nails after getting a manicure and he was arguing with me. Im mind blown and very upset at this nail salon. Upset at myself also for having spent $25 for something i couldve done by my 10 year old.
The male nail tech was so aggressive he also had an attitude for no reason he cut me 2 times and my nails also weren't done properly. HIGHLY OVERPRICED
This is the most unprofessional disgusting nail salon I have ever visited, they treat black people as if we are not the one supporting their business, buy black because they build in our communities, talk about you in their language and act as if they are better than you- they do pedicures horrible and gel paint doesn’t last the man (I think Jerry) next to last girl on right when you come in- says he’s the owner and he models the disrespect, won’t get another dollar from me or anyone I know!
I like it here because they have soooo many colors to choose from. Andy is my nail tech, I think he's the only male there. Well, I've gone twice already and both times he did my nails and both times they've lasted about a month. He's patient and takes his time which I love. He doesn't do pedicures so both times I've taken whatever lady was available and haven't been disappointed. The spot is pretty chill. I've been lucky in not having to wait but people do wait depending on who they're going to see or if they're willing to wait for the next available. Rainbow nails is my go to nail salon.
This place is a disgusting horrible nightmare. It’s extremely dirty and unsanitary no one wears rubber gloves and the pedicure tubs are crusty. They are rude and over priced and the lady with the shaky hands should not be allowed to work.
Lisa is the best talented nail tech in the world. I'm never not satisfied when I get my nails and toes done. I always receive lots of compliments from people.
Love this place, close to my house and so convenient. I love this place because they always come forth with what I ask. Sometimes the designs I request are challenging but you can tell that they are determined to do it and if one particular nail tech can’t they will ask their co worker. I really like this place and definitely recommend
I love Rainbow Nails.my favorite nail person was Michelle. She is no longer there, but Angel is the best. Steven is the best pedicurist
I went there 3 days ago for a mani pedi. A man did my pedicure and he did a good enough job. But when it came to my manicure. HORRIBLE! He didn't know how to shape my nails, i had him do it over 3 times. The polish was thick and chunky and by the next day there were cracks in my nails. Yesterday they began to chip!
Very personable. Pay close attention to detail. And worked hard to recreate the style requested. Nice staff
Don’t go here $25 for men pedicure and $20 for women. Workers don’t know their prices! Spend your cash somewhere else
I went to do my nails there today first time ever. I absolutely dislike the way the man did my tips and the way the chunky lady did my feet was horrible. I left with my toenails unpolished and my hands polish looks horrible, one finger doesn’t even have color on it! I hate it!
Busy nail salon nothing glamorous, but they get the job done and aim to please. There are quite a lot of techs which make the wait short. My nails have held up without issue. There is a limited parking lot. But know complaints.
Customer service needs some improvement however my nails are typically very well done when I describe what I want.
My first time there on recommendation from a friend. Not bad. Only had a pedicure done. Will update if I get another service.
