7I paid for few items and when I got home I didn't see it in my bag. No one would assist me to get the matter resolve and the phone number provided. NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE.
Friendly customer service and the prices are right, not too expensive.
I was very upset because they have all the sizes except for size 14 and 16 in jeans. Any other size is too big or too small. Also they didn't have any plus size white jeans. I was very disappointed

Hi! I would like to know since the shop was closed and i just found out today that it was reopened, I bought some clothes and went to return them to the rainbow shop but the one I went to had said they couldn’t take it because I didn’t buy it from there. I proceeded to walk over and saw this shop was closed. Will I still be able to exchange these things since I was not at fault?
