Outstanding job! Went in for s state inspection on my 2022 MDX and ended up purchasing a 2023 MDX. Between Joe and Danny I couldn't refuse.

I recently went to the Rallye Acura looking to get a new truck. I was met by Thomas who was super helpful in helping me find the color I wanted along with the features I was interested in getting. He was super efficient and quick in getting me the car I needed! The process of getting the car took minutes, in fact I may have been in the dealership for under an hour. The service at Rallye was warm friendly and the ambiance was one that makes you feel like a priority. Thomas gave thorough explanations of each step and made sure to ask me if I had any questions that he could clarify! I look forward to doing business at Rallye and with Thomas for years to come! Dont ever bring your vehicle here when have warranty coverage done. Terrible experience and even when you pay to have service done they still cannot get it right.

Called to set up the first service on my CPO Acura MDX Hybrid. It's saying the transmission fluid must be done, but I just had it done when I bought the car 8,000 miles ago. I think they forgot to reset the counter on it when they did it. Woman on the phone told me that 8,000 miles is the normal replacement interval for transmission fluid on a 2019 MDX. I told her that was not true per the owners manual. She laughed and said the light would only come on if it needed it. She said it would be $450. I asked if that price was for the hybrid because it uses different fluid. She had never heard of an MDX Hybrid. I asked to speak to someone else. She refused. Canceling my appointment.

Thomas was great, worked with and accommodated us every step of the way. No hassle, no hidden fees and got us into the exact car we wanted. Worth the drive from PA. Highly recommended!
