Rambam Urgent Care, Kiryas Joel NY

We had to run in there for emergency stitches when our son fell in Walmart. The staff was courteous and extremely responsive, sending us straight in to meet with the nurse practitioner. E, The nurse practioner was very professional, kind and understanding of the issue, and took prompt action to stitch up our son's wound. Her
supporting staff, too, were kind and helpful.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience under unfortunate circumstances. If we had to choose between any urgent care in thr area, we would come back here.

Was there last week 5 minutes after closing when the doors was locked already and they opened everything up special for me and gave me friendly and 5 star service and helped out till the last second! The patience that the doctor had is unreal and I will always appreciate it!

It was a busy night, both people at the desk were patient and so kind to everyone, and so organised.very impressed and grateful
