Dr. Kuo is a great doctor, I am sad he left the area. I would give him 5 stars. As far as the nurse that finally answered my call after calling at least 5 times in a 3 week period deserves not even 1 star. I have a confirmation letter from medical forms that I faxed and she said they were not received. Also she said there were no messages left for the nurse line. That is a lie. I left several messages. The machine said calls would be returned in 24-48 hours. That is also a lie. After all that she said Dr Kuo left the area. He was still here when I was admitted to SPH & his partners would take care of me. So much for that, I may end up losing my short term disability.
