Rapid Response Medical Care, Franklin Square NY

Went to Rapid Response after car accident for X-rays. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. PA diagnosed was spot on with Orlin and Cohen's diagnosis

Professional and clean office. Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in process was very quick and I was seen in a speedy fashion.

The office was very clean and the receptionist very nice and helpful and called in my prescription so I didn't have to wait to long at the drug store. The PA and assistant were very efficient asked questions and gave answers. I would definitely recommend Rapid Care. Thanks everyone

I had another visit to Urgent Care and once again I had a great experience! Everyone is kind, caring and polite! This is why I never hesitate to go back because I know that I will be treated with respect!

This was my first time at this facility. Very impressive. Very clean, they’re all very sweet and friendly. From receptionist to dr and all in between. Definitely recommend them. They’ve called me twice so far to check up on me! Exceptional is all I can say.

Very fast intake my first time in. Just walked in and fill 3 quick forms and seeing the doctor within 10 min. All done in 30 min with prescription.

My experience with Rapid Response Medical Care has been without fault or complaint. The staff is courteous, professional and reliable, I have visited other emergency medical facilities that did not have the same personal service.
So if needed will definitely visit Rapid Response without hesitation.

Great staff. I had a small painful steel grinding chip in my eye. The PA found it and removed it in minutes. I recommend them for quick urgent care.

In and out fast like always. Friendly staff and clean rooms and waiting area. Only reason not 5star is it took a long time to get the script filled and the pharmacy said they didn't receive the script from the prescriber until a couple hours after I had left.

I always go to urgent care when I had an asthma attack. Going to this one was a big mistake!
Rapid response urgent care on Franklin ave long Island doesn't care! I went there because I was having an acute asthma attack! I couldn't breathe and the black staff, four of them just sat there. One asked me for information and the other just looked and said, she can't breathe! I couldn't speak and why didn't they get me stable first before asking me for money? 5min later they tell me they didn't have a nebulizer!
How can they not have a nebulizer?
Heartless people! I went there Friday at 8pm the 10th of March.
Ended up being rushed to Lij. The doctor said I could have died!
The friend that took me happens to be a reporter!
This clinic and those people will be reported!

Checking in was easy and the front desk staff was very pleasant. The wait was minimal. The nurse and the PA were very nice also. I got a call the next day to see how I was doing.

Everyone so nice and the PA was so good she really listened to me and gave me excellent advice. Zero waiting time as well. Thank you all.

Stopped by Rapid Response Urgent Care for the first time and upon entering the staff was very friendly and welcoming and all questions were answered, great job, more over after being called to the treatment room, the staff was once again welcoming, the final stop was with an absolutely warm and welcoming Physicians Assistance name Allison Coronado, this is the first time I’ve ever felt without a doubt that the person assisting me was really a true Humanitarian first and just simply continued with the same level of concern throughout…. Til the end…. Awesome job Allison Coronado, as mentioned, you will always do well in the medical field…. God Bless you and keep up the great work. Travis

My 16 year old son sprained his ankle. He hopped in on one foot with help from his mom at 430pm. Mom left to go park the car. The lady at the front desk asked him if he needed help getting out of the waiting room because they were taking no more patients - even though the sign says they close at 5pm. How do you ask a minor to step outside, wearing basketball shorts in January, with a sprained ankle? I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very nice facility. Warm hearted people there.
They follow up, call us see how we are doing.
Best urgent care we ever been.
