It was my first time at Raquelle nail bar and I had a wonderful experience! My appointment was with Raquelle and she was kind, funny and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend and will be coming back for future appointments

My gf got them done about 2 weeks ago for Halloween and she absolutely loves them and nice happy wife is happy life it’s good for business overall great place and awesome customer service 10/10

I’ve been coming to Raquelle Nail Bar for 4+ years for my pedicures and they NEVER disappoint. Blanca is my all time favorite pedicure tech and a master French pedicurist. The atmosphere and vibe is top tier 10/10 would recommend.

Someone who is still learning how to do nails and didn’t know what she was doing at all. I wasted my time and hard earned money coming here because the owner didn’t even seem to care at all either. Will not be coming back and will not recommend at all! There are way better place than this!

Second response to owner- Raquel you are lying when you said I have been to the salon so many times stop with the lies! I have only been to your store twice and the second time was a night mare. If your professional Juliana didn’t know how to do the nails she would have simply said she couldn’t do it! She kept cleaning off the nails every five seconds that’s how I knew she didn’t know what she was doing at all. Also Juliana kept asking Valentino the other nail tech what to do, that’s who you say your professional is? Valentino beside me did a better job on other people’s nails! Stop with the lies saying it’s been problem really stop! I have only been to your store two times! Guys The nails is indeed a child play to me that I would be taking off and going to redo in a better salon where they know what they are doing! The nails are hideous! Save your money guys and book somewhere else the owner dosent give a damn about you if you complain: she will instead side with the nail tech and only cares about the money you are paying! This was indeed the worst experience I encountered!

Came in to get my nails done for my birthday and my nail tech had a nasty attitude from the moment I sat down. She made me very uncomfortable and killed my vibe for the morning. She wasn’t welcoming one bit

The upper west side needed a great salon and Raquelle’s Nail Bar definitely delivered! The staff is amazing and friendly, and the service is amazing. Quality of products are completely amazing. No chips or lift which is something I always had issues with. So glad I found my nail salon in the UWS! (I get my nails done with Raquelle, but everyone’s work is amazing).

Update - Second set was done by Valentina. Great work! It’s very comforting knowing that you can get your nails done with anyone and they ALL do a great job! Best nail salon on the upper west side!

Raquelle Nail Bar is definitely the place to get great service and excellent nail designs. I got my nails done by Valentina both times I’ve gone. She was super sweet and had me feeling myself once I left her chair. The shop itself is nothing short of divine and the vibe is always just right from the tunes to the ladies and their energy. I’ve said it to Raquelle and I’ll say it again, I’m never going back to my old salon lol

I love this nail bar. Ever since I found it when they were in their old location, I stayed loyal. They are always updating their nail techniques and can do pretty much any nail design you can find! Raquelle and her team are amazing! They also started doing hair styling and Stephany (hairdresser) is amazing! I went to her the first time to cut my ends to have healthier hair for vacation and my hair was still super healthy even after being in chlorine everyday of my vacation and my hair grew even longer than it was before! I went to her a month later to go shorter and she was again, AMAZING! She's incredibly talented and knows what she's doing! I will be taking my mom to get a keratin treatment by her. She also sells amazing jewelry that is super cute and hasn't gone green on me! 10/10 would recommend all the services in this nail bar!

Personally, I do not recommend. I did not have a great experience. They did not know how to do designs, charged unreasonably compared to the quality of work received, and the service was average.

I always leave Raquelle’s so happy with my nails! They nail every design inspiration I bring (pun intended hahaha). Highly recommend it, they are all so sweet!

I always leave Raquelles so happy about my nails! I have been coming regularly since summer 2021. Their pricing is VERY fair for the area and quality work they provide. The new location and receptionists make it an even better experience now.

Charged me $15 for dip removal (on top of the cost of a gel manicure). And they didn’t use acetone or anything they just buffed it all off it hurt so bad. They also don’t do dip powder here if you were looking to get that. I left with my nails feeling weak and brittle.

I had high hopes for Raquelle’s Nail Bar - everyone here was very nice, but my manicure was terrible. My nail tech took so much off my cuticles and the nail bed that my hands were bleeding and hurting, and she got nail polish all over my hand. The lengths of each nail were different. They gave me 20% off because I wasn’t happy with it, but I wouldn’t go back. I had to take all the nail polish off when I got home.

Finally found an amazing place for acrylic nails! Beautiful chitchat and beautiful nails & nail designs Best nail salon I’ve gone to so far in my time on this earth and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been following Raquelle's work on IG since COVID and I was finally able to go to the Nail Bar today. My nail technician was Liliana. She was absolutely incredible. She was so meticulous and patient. She did not rush my mani or pedi. I don't get these dates for myself often as a mami and Lilliana made it worthwhile. Thank you. As for the Nail Bar itself, the aesthetic is sleek and chic. Very much an inviting place for all people that want to enjoy a nice mani pedi.

Raquelles is AMAZING and I always get compliments on my set and anyone who asks me about my nails I always point them to raquelles! Valentina does my nails and my nails always come out perfect, at this point she just knows the way I like my nails shaped! Raquelle is always there and super attentive to everyone and I love the feel of the salon super cute and clean and like family!

I’ve been going to Raquelle’s once a month since April, and I’ve been so happy with my nails every time! In addition to high quality acrylic applications and super cute designs, I always enjoy my time spent in Raquelle’s chair just catching up with her! Best nail salon experience I’ve had in the city.

I started coming to Raquelle Nail Bar when I first moved to the city back in August 2022. I've gone religiously each month since then and I am quite literally dreading the day when I have to leave New York and find another nail salon. If I had the money, I would fly back to the Upper West Side every three weeks just to get my nails done. First, the salon is gorgeous. Since moving locations in May 2023, the entire space has been upgraded and the space is beautiful and very clean. Second, the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and kind and every nail tech I've seen has given me a 10/10 service. Third, the quality of the services are amazing. I always get acrylic full sets/fill-ins and gel pedicures—whether I get one color or an intricate design, the quality is always amazing and my sets last me until my next appointment without any chipping or breakage whatsoever. I'm so happy I found this place and will always recommend them to everyone I know! Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here: the quality and price is truly unbeatable (especially for the neighborhood). You won't regret it!
