On August 25th, I contacted Cindy via Facebook messenger to book an appointment. She responded right away and said I could get a special rate if I paid today, so I did. I Venmoed her $100. It is now October 10th, and I have left her countless messages on Facebook, TikTok, and voicemail. She replied a few times, but never scheduled anything. I am begging her for a refund and she continues to ignore me! She literally has stolen $100 from me! For someone that owns a business, this is incredibly unprofessional, not to mention simply dishonest and disrespectful. All I want is my money back at this point.

Surprisingly enough, Ms. Newcomb reached out to me almost immediately after I wrote this review! However, she is still refusing to refund my money, even though I asked her repeatedly. At this time, she is still stealing from me!

Cindy is amazing. She helped me figure some medical issues out and pointed me in the right direction. She is absolutely amazing would recommend her to anyone.

Aweful to deal with! Tried to reschedule an apt the day after I made it and my messages were ignored for weeks. After multiple days of trying to reach out I said I’d just like to cancel. Just be aware you pay first and she does not want to give a refund of you can’t make it which is not in any policy or agreement I saw. I had a month to try and get something before I was going off for surgery and every attempt I tried I was ignored. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
