Raymond M Thomas PC reviews
5I called to make an appointment and was told they were booking well into Oct. Beth was such a wonderful, kind, helpful person to deal with. She got me in for a date that was convenient. Can't wait to meet her in person! Even though its a procedure I don't want
I had accidently messed up my appointment times and for some reason has my appointment as another day but I am glad I was not seen in this office at all the woman on the front are really rude. Even after apologizing they told me I was immediately dismissed from the practice after one missed appointment which was a clerical error on my part I put everything in my phone calendar. I was made to look stupid and I didn’t appreciate it. I have a lot of stomach issues affecting me everyday but I will have to look for some excellent help somewhere else.
Thomas isn't in this job to help people. Just the money from insurance. I was in the hospital do to pancreatitis. Missed an appointment while in the ER and was closed out of his practice. No one really cares about patients anymore. $$
Would not recommend. Not responsive at all. Staff friendly however Dr only responds sometimes (1x out of 3 separate instances). And then only scolded me for my email being, 'snarky' when wanting an explanation for no response. Yeah he remembered that 3 times but couldn't call me for medical follow up. Staff apologized but that doesn't help the issue. Dr doesn't respond to fone calls or emails. Still sick. Looking for new GI.
Many years ago, while going through a dramatic weight loss and severe stomach pain, Dr Thomas and his assistant Ginger were the only Drs I saw to truly take hours of their time to figure out what was going on. I will never forget that.
