No one answers the phone. There's no voice-mail I was put on hold after 10 minutes I hung up. Eventuality someobe answered and tried to put me back on hold. I'm still waiting since Friday for a call back. Again calling this morning to see if glasses are in still no answer.

Recently moved to 257 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains. Beautiful store, amazing selection of eyeglasses, and fantastic Optometrist! I thoroughly enjoy working here and being able to help people look great and feel confident while wearing their eyeglasses/ and or contact lenses. There has been a shift in Employees and we really look forward to assisting and making your experience memorable and accommodating.

Danielle is rude and it is extremely difficult to get through to that office. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Last year my receipt was not itemized clearly. There definitely needs enhancement with the white plains office. The owner is in Yorktown and maybe should assess the operation of the white plains location

Daniela was an outstanding salesperson - she was honest, listened to my needs, gave me options, and provided me with her professional opinion. I’ve been using Raymond Opticians for years and I will definitely go back to Daniela. It’s not so common for employees to go above and beyond, but some do - like Daniela!

My recent experience with Raymond Opticians has prompted this negative review for the White Plains location only. I have been a long time customer of Raymond Opticians, specifically the JV location, and want to clarify this review is not for the overall practice. Ray and his team are always helpful and accommodating, however, my last visit has lost Raymond Opticians White Plains a customer.

I received an incorrect prescription for my glasses, which I only noticed once I tried the glasses on and could not properly see. Upon following the guidance of the receptionist, I came in to have the lens looked at and resolve this situation. I was told the lens fit the prescription — this much I know is true, however, that is not why I came in and not the issue I needed to resolve. The prescription I was given was innacurate. The receptionist was callous and rude when I mentioned this, and referred me to the eye doctor. Upon reexamination, the prescription originally provided to me by this same doctor was determined to, in fact, be incorrect. Things happen, I understand. The doctor was incredibly polite and apologized for the error. I leave with a new prescription almost two points higher than the original one I received in both eyes.

Upon receiving the new glasses with this new prescription, I am still not seeing correctly. I now need to again pay out of pocket for another doctor to check my vision and provide a prescription as I cannot trust the integrity of the service being provided. This has not only cost me money, but hours of my time.

I would not be writing this review had it not been for the rudeness of the receptionist and this happening for yet a third time. This is unacceptable.

This review is only for the individual that was working at the White Plains location. I have been a customer for years and always had a pleasant experience at any location I went to. I went into the White Plains location and apparently I was bothering Daniella. I walked in and said hello and she didn’t speak. She looked up at me and continued writing something. Again, I said hello and she finally mumbled something. I asked her if she was busy because it appeared that I was bothering her. There were no other customers in the store. She eventually asked me for my prescription which was given to her. I then asked her for it back and told her I would go to another location. I do understand people are busy but that doesn’t stop one from saying hello I’ll be with you in a few. Acknowledging someone goes a long way.

When I came in, it was like i was bothering them. So I just decide to leave. The other lady who was there 2017, was very nice and accommodating.
I will go the eye glass store on central ave, Yonkers.
Good customer service means a lot whether you are paying 2.00 or 200.00.
