Very disappointed in our recent experience overall. We went to the outlet store near closing and chose two options with Andy (who was super helpful) but opted to leave and decide on the purchase the next day. It was stated that delivery date would be Wednesday and we'd pick up then at the Outlet. We called on Sunday to place the order but Andy wasn't in and we wanted to make sure the sale went to him since he was so helpful to us. I was on hold and was passed around to 3 different people each who seemed to have no idea why they were taking my call. Finally placed the order and was told that the item would be available for pickup on Wednesday at the outlet. We made arrangements to drive in Wednesday evening to pick up the order and when we arrived were told that it was delayed. It would now be in on Thursday but not at the Outlet as scheduled.now it's being delivered and available for pickup at Molloy Road but most be picked up by 6pm. This delay and change was never communicated to us and the sales team wasn't aware either. When I expressed disappointment with making a trip out today and not being able to pick it up and now not being able to get the item until next week since i work until after 6pm. The response from the group of sales staff was "well you can't wait too long or they'll send it back. " Apparently this change to all orders just occurred.but this wasn't communicated to us or other options offered. I was so disappointed in the overall lack of professionalism, communication and customer service. This resulted in such dissatisfaction with the experience that we went to a competitor and purchased the item from them and canceled our Raymour order.

Lots of good furniture bought more than we went for. Salesman sent us in direction of what we where looking for then disappeared. Needed help another one helped us and original Salesman comes out and gives him attitude. Had to search him out every time. Don't need to follow me but be out in open and available when I have questions.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jake Beaudry at Raymour and Flanigan. His extensive knowledge of furniture, stemming from attending furniture school, made the transition easy. Jake is not only a skilled salesman but also a person with a great attitude and a laid-back approach. If you need excellent service without the pushy sales tactics, Jake is your guy. I appreciate his expertise and helpfulness throughout the process.

Anthony was great to work with!
We bought 2 dressers and a desk!
Delivery is extra but fast.
Our delivery guys were great. In and out and put everything where we wanted it! Efficient and polite!

My rating is not on the store but on delivery. The store and people were great. The delivery not so much.
When the sofa arrived the two guys were in a big hurry. They were trying to squeeze the sofa through the door. Never took the feet off, never tried a different angle with the sofa. I told them my son is not even 10 minutes away and he could take the wood off from around the door and the one guy said so do you want us to leave the sofa outside. The same guy said we don't have any tools with us and we have other deliveries to make.
The sofa went back! So disappointed and disgusted. So I still don't have a sofa.
**After contacting the store a rep called me. Actually they were not helpful either.

MY REVIEW KEEPS GETTING DELETED! WONDER WHY? ILL JUST RE-POST EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

DO NOT BUY FROM RAYMOUR! THEY GOUGED ME AND SCREWED ME OVER ON $3000 WORTH OF DEFECTIVE FURNITURE. I GOT GOUGED ALMOST $700 FOR A COFFEE TABLE THAT THEY DELIVERED DAMAGED AND THEN REPLACED IT WITH YET ANOTHER BROKEN ONE! NOT ONLY WAS THE SECOND ONE DEFECTIVE, THERE IS A STICKER RESIDUE ON THE LIFT TOP I CANT GET OFF WITHOUT SCRATCHING THE TABLE CAUSE APPARENTLY THEY THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD SPOT TO PUT A STICKER! YOU CAN SEE IT IN ONE OF THE PHOTOS I POSTED. UPON THE 3RD DELIVERY THE COMPANY AGAIN NEVER CALLED THE DAY BEFORE WITH A WINDOW AS PROMISED.

THE DRIVERS SHOWED UP AT 8: 30 IN THE MORN WHILE I WAS AT A PHYSICAL THERAPY APPT AS I AM TEMPORARILY DISABLED, AND THEY SAID THEY WERENT GOING TO WAIT SO I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE MY APPT AND COME HOME TO MEET THEM OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO SCHEDULE A FOURTH DELIVERY. ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CALL THE CUSTOMER WITH A WINDOW LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO! TWICE THEY DID THAT TO ME! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THEY HAD TO DELIVER AFTER 9 CAUSE I HAD AN APPT! WHEN ASKED WHY THEY NEVER CALLED, THE DRIVERS TOLD ME IT "WASNT THEIR JOB" AND WHEN I RESPONDED RUDELY TO IT THEY DIDNT LIKE MY TONE SO THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE REPLACEMENT TABLE THAT I STILL HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON! THIS IS AFTER I LEFT MY APPT AND RACED HERE TO MEET THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO THINK THEY HAD THE RIGHT TO JUST LEAVE WITHOUT GIVING ME MY TABLE CAUSE THEIR LITTLE BABY MAN FEELINGS GOT HURT! UNACCEPTABLE! THEY ARENT THE OWNERS TO BE MAKING THOSE DECISIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE WHOLE SITUATION BEHIND IT AND WHAT I HAD BEEN THROUGH ALREADY! DISGUSTING!

I SENT THE COMPANY PHOTOS AND VIDEO SHOWING THEM THE DEFECTS IN THE TABLE RIGHT AFTER THEY BROUGHT IT HERE, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED AT ALL UNTIL I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER AND YELL ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE TABLE BROKE LIKE I KNEW IT WOULD! THEY SOLD ME A RIPPED COUCH A FEW YEARS BACK AND NEVER CAME BACK OUT AND FIXED IT AND IGNORED ME ON THAT TOO! I PAID IT OFF AND JUST LET IT GO CAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO FIGHT WITH THEM. I STUPIDLY GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE! THEY HAVE DROPPED THE BALL AT EVERY TURN ON THIS AND THE SUPERVISORS ARE USELESS! THE DRIVERS SHOULD BE FIRED, ESPECIALLY AFTER MAKING A CUSTOMER LEAVE A DOCTORS APPT WHEN THEY ARE DISABLED!

DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I FINALLY HAD TO WRITE TO MR GOLDBERG TODAY WITH ALL THE PROOF! MY NEXT STEP IS LEGAL ACTION IN THE NEXT WEEK IF THIS ISNT TAKEN CARE OF TO MY STANDARDS! IM SURE THEY THINK ITS A JOKE BUT THEY WILL FIND OUT VERY SOON HOW SERIOUS SOMEONE TAKES $3000 WORTH OF FURNITURE THEY PAID FOR! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL YES YOU TO DEATH AND SUCK YOU INTO A SALE BUT GOOD LUCK GETTING IT FIXED OR REPLACED WHEN IT BREAKS! I AM NOW LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT STRESS AND HEARTACHE AND 3 PIECES OF DEFECTIVE FURNITURE! THE RECLINER I BOUGHT MAKES NOISE ALSO AND ITS BEEN SAT ON TWICE! HOW ON EARTH THEY HAVE ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS IS MIND BLOWING! I CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW MANY OF THEM HAVE BUYERS REMORSE MONTHS LATER! THEY BROUGHT ME THE TABLES UNCOVERED BOTH TIMES ALSO-NO PADDING OR BOX TO PROTECT IT! A $700 TABLE UNCOVERED AND EXPOSED TO ALL THE ELEMENTS? ! HOW THATS EVEN ALLOWED IS BEYOND ME BUT THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT SO. IF YOU WANT OVERPRICED BROKEN FURNITURE AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN BY ALL MEANS BUY THEIR GARBAGE

BUYER BEWARE! JUST SEE MY PHOTOS BELOW! THERES MORE THAN THAT ALSO. THEIR MANAGERS HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS NOW TOO. MUST NOT BE HAPPY THAT I HAVE FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THEIR B. S. ANY LONGER! $3000 WORTH OF HEADACHES!

Seemed kinda pricey for floor models and older stuff but they were giving up to 40% off so I ended up with a really nice couch for less than 500$ witch isn't too bad the staff was super nice and friendly they gave me the space to shop around and decide what one I wanted the only downside is that if you want it delivered you have to pay for it and it's a 3rd party delivery that's what I was told that kinda sucks especially if you spent a lot of money there luckily I have a truck

We’ve stopped by twice in the last week on a mission for a bedroom set and both times we worked with Andy, the first time by chance and the second time by choice (sought him out when we got there). He’s great! Very friendly, professional and helpful. There’s a nice selection of furniture, which was surprising for a clearance center. We’ll definitely be back and will again seek Andy’s assistance.

This is very good place really good prices compared to the actual Raymour and Flanigan store so if you don't mind little things little scratches I would recommend going here same manufacturers just not paying the high-end prices and most of the people I've dealt with their are very nice

Hidden gem! Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable of their furniture inventory. Prices are great! We purchased several pieces that were delivered with care. Large show room with many choices and styles. We first check this location before going to other furniture stores.

The prices are great at the Clearance Center. Can't wait to get everything this week. Wish you didn't use third party delivery and R&T Flanigan did it. The 3rd hand party is a little pricey which takes away from the great deals at the clearance center. Joseph Pekarek was a great help to me and took very care of my order.
