After relocating from Europe I bought a living room and dining room set in the Kingston outlet with the skillful and knowledgeable assistance of Carole Denison. I couldn’t have been happier about my purchase. I highly recommended this store to anyone who loves elegant furniture, honest prices and professional sale agents.

Georgia (the sales associate who helped us) was very knowledgeable about a whole range of products and patient with us as we browsed the large showroom. She helped to us to find what we were looking for and she also introduced us to some items for our next visit. Great service experience!

Tom was very knowledgeable and patient in regards to any questions I had asked. He furnished additional information on couch construction and explained warranty in place, along with the additional warranty available (which I purchased). I was happy to hear how quick my couches could be delivered.

Bought a Nectar Queen Mattress last week for my Daughter, went back this week and bought a Premium King for me! Slept on it last night for the 1st time and it was heaven! I will note that R&F actually sold me the mattress for less than Nectar sells them for so it pays to shop around. Tom, my sales guy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend asking for him if you shop at the Kingston, NY outlet store.

My salesperson, Tom, was great. He answered numerous phone calls and helped me find a piece that would (hopefully) work. I can’t say the same for the delivery people. They bought the first couch in and said it wouldn’t fit in my office. They never explained why - was it too long? Did I need to remove the door? Second (of course more expensive) couch is being delivered tomorrow. A little disappointed that I could not be reassured that it would fit through a standard door. We will see what tomorrow brings.

Dale the salesman in the Kingston store was very knowledgeable about. Which mattress to purchase for our needs
The mattress we got a few months ago was defected. R and F sent a technician and indeed it was defected. They are sending a new mattress of our choice with all free delivery and another Year warranty. We were very pleased with their customer service.

We got to the store 45 minutes before closing and Dale was so helpful and wonderful to work with. We were looking for very specific items and he knew his merchandise very well.

Could not take advantage of credit dvertisement that is known to exist had to put it on my own credit card. I received order and am very unhappy with the remote bedsand mattress and wish to return all order and make a new one but i was told I couldn"t because I septon the remote mattress and bed frame. I only slept on mattress and not the frme they ssid because of covit? My new order was for more money? I wish to have theses bed removed, today. I did not need mattress covers they charged $200.00 for, I was never told there was a charge? We are ln our 80"s we cannot work the remote we had no knowledge of that problrm besides the beds are not working properly, we almost get sandwiched if it dosenot respond to the remote buttons. The noise the beds make when using the rmote is horrible and tinny and cheap. Sheets donot stay on the bed? I also came into store regarding extra furniture and Tom the sales person put it on my card before I could have my husband check if he wanted to buy. I was also told that if I used the financing I would pay more on the beds and mattress. I know about the refund policy but If I knew it was on the remote frame I would not buy the beds in the beginning, I was not informed? Please help someone I gave them another order? For bedsI can handle{not remote} why must there be a problem? I have been a customer for 40yrs and my children, please rectify this obsurd no return on a frame but a slept on or whatever could be on a mattress not exchangeable, which a metal bed that the bar has already come off of is not working with the remote? Never tried those beds or remote in store tky for any help from anyone Mrs Rebecca Cascio

I'm so glad I found Dale "the ponytail" here at Raymour. I've been buying from him since he was at Sleepy's and Mattress Firm because he's been in the business for almost 30 years and he's never steered me wrong. I recommend him to all my friends and family because he finds you the right bed for both back problems and budget! Ask for him at the door. You won't be sorry!

Would've liked the recliner I ordered available in brown, but had to get a black one. That's ok, the salesman was very knowledgeable and the sale went well, no complaints.
