First time at Raymour and Flannigan and very satisfied with our experience. The store was very nice and clean. They have lots of selections for us to choose from. Conrad was very friendly and help us a ton while we decide on which sectional to get. Very good customer service and I can’t be any happier sign our selection. Thank you Conrad! Can’t wait for our delivery.

Our experiences at Raymore & Flanigan are always good. The staff there goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. There is a price range for everyone and they are able to arrange affordable payments if you need it. Their selection is huge and in our experience always great quality. This is very important since we are on a budget and have children. We highly recommend them if you are in need of furniture or a mattress.

We walked into Raymour & Flanigan after previously visiting another furniture store in search of a full size bed for our guest room. We honestly hadn't been in the store for many years and we were pleasantly surprised what a gorgeous selection in furniture they had. Their in stock of full size beds to choose from beat out anyone in the area. Our salesperson was Mercedes, she was very warm and inviting as we entered the store and directed us to the bedding dept, even offering the option of the elevator or stairs for our convenience. She was patient as we walked through the choices of beds and answered every question we had and pulled up prices for us without any hesitation. She helped us make our selection, completed our order, even offered us bottled water as we perused their massive floor of beautiful furniture. She escorted us to the cashier to complete our transaction, where we were met with an equally nice gentleman that finalized the order. It was a wonderful experience going to Raymour & Flanigan and we were so happy we did. We will definitely return and see Mercedes again. She is professional, patient and knowledgeable. Our delivery arrived today and we can't say enough about that as well. They texted us several times to give us notifications, ability to track the time of delivery and the delivery guys were professional, on time, respectful and completed the set up perfectly. Great experience from start to finish. Excellence is definitely their goal at Raymour & Flanigan!

While the salesman was great, he was exactly that.a salesman. Went in to potentially but a bed. Ended with us being persuaded into trying to finance a whole bedroom set. That wasn't what we came in for at all. Left with nothing and went to Olums and got exactly what we wanted. No more Raymore and Flanigan for us.

Always a pleasant experience when we buy here. Sales people are always there to help with any questions. We only buy our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan.

Once they have your money the service ends. Lied about part of my sectional being on a 2 month back order to get the sale, delivered the wrong piece and then when I asked about the correct piece I was told it was on a 2 month back order. Never told me the picture that was also supposed to be delivered was on back order also.no communication from the salesman once he got his commission, he flat out lied about calling me back when I called to find out what was going on with my order. You can't lie about returning a call to a cell phone, it tracks everything. Not even an apology from anyone, I called corporate, emailed the so called service department they tell you to email, and called my local store. I absolutely hate the furniture, very uncomfortable and according to corporate, they have a no return policy so i guess I am stuck paying $3000 for a sectional i hate.over the years, i have bought 3 couches, 2 loveseats, a chair, large ottoman and a mattress set from here but after this last experience, I will never buy anything from R&F again.

Amazing salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, but not pushy or obnoxious. She was friendly & conversational, but not obsequious. Great, easy experience!

Wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I have made numerous purchases from here and have been pleased every time. The sales people are honest, personable and a huge help. Salesman Robert Devantier helped us with our recent purchases for a huge living room/ dining room redesign and he was so awesome! We were given the best advice and all of our questions and concerns were answered. We will continue to come here for all of our future furniture purchases.

The customer service is unparalleled. Management and staff went above and beyond to insure any concerns I had were heard and addressed. Delivery was on time and professional as promised. 5 stars all around.

Allan, Trey and Aaron helped my family get the perfect sofa! After we discovered a problem on our end we went to them with the smallest hope of correcting it. They had every right to say no to our request, the sale was final. Instead these gentlemen stepped up and restored my faith in customer service. They worked together to find a way so that my family can sit and laugh on comfy couch for years to come. I can not say enough about their professionalism and their commitment to their customers. They have made a loyal Raymour & Flanigan out of me!
