It was a very friendly atmosphere and the furniture looked so good you want to buy it all. They'll give you some time by yourself to choose what you want to get. They seem to know when your ready to buy whatever it is your going to buy. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. I know me and my mom enjoyed our visit there. Thank you Raymond & Flanagan for the experience when we're ready for some more furniture we're coming to your store. Stay bless for life.

Josefina was absolutely wonderful at the Crospey Ave location. She wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. I hate pushy sales people. It was a great experience. She’s amazing.

However today I called their location to get an update on my mattress delivery and their customer service girl was so rude. Wow. Although the experience with Josefina was wonderful I’m not going to come back.

Josefina Recio was beyond amazing! Me & my husband went to see a bedroom set, with out knowing exactly what we wanted & Josefina led us into the right direction. She was very clear with everything. She went above and beyond & was very sweet! Josefina was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. She made us feel comfortable and there was no pressure when making the purchases. Truly thankful for all her help

If you are looking for furniture, I would HIGHLY recommend you going into this store and asking specifically for Kenny. I have delt with my salesman over the years - but far kenny is the most understanding and full of perspective. I will only talk woth Kenny for all my furniture needs. Kenny is the superman of salesman.

Today, I vent to Raymond & Flannigan to purchase a sofa, and left the store very please. I was services by a very pleasant lady, name: Josefina Recio. I explain to her what I was looking for and she was kind and very professional. She took the time to answered every question honesty and courtesy. I highly recommend the store and the sales representative Josefina Recio.

Upon arrival to the store salesperson greeted us and when we refused his assistance and decided to take a look ourselves first he asked us if we came in just to use their restroom. After picking $2700 of merchandise i decided to cancel it after all just because of unhelpful management and objectifying sales staff.

My husband and I went there to buy a bedroom set. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful. He took his time and showed us a lot of sets. We bought one and were very satisfied. I would definitely go back to raymour again. Thank you.

They judge people by looks so if you don't look rich forget about any service, the manager suggested me going to there competitor because they will be cheaper he said, I didn't tell him at the time that the watch i am wearing probably cost more then there entire inventory but obviously at that time I wasn't gonna shop there even for free but regardless do I have to sweat in a suit and in a 80+ degree wether to give them just business?

I was been costumer for long time and also my parents and friends, now I told everyone this place is not good because last time I got different color of sofa and sizes and damage mattresses. This place sale Used furniture and mattresses. When you order for delivery they’ll send you different color furniture or sizes, and they don’t have return or change.avoid this place.

Best experience with Josefina at the Raymour & Flanigan store on Cropsey Avenue in Brooklyn. Josefina answer all my questions very courteous and responsive. Definitely will be shopping with Josefina again. Love my furniture and the customer service was excellent.

Don’t go this place everything is used furniture, and they don’t have change furniture or bring it back. Shame this place and costumer service sucks. This my last time coming here and recommend everyone not do this mistake.

Great experience with Laura at Raymour & Flanagan on Cropsey Avenue in Brooklyn. She was patient, not pushy and showed us all the options we could choose from. We were definitely happy she was our sales person!

Sales rep Harry Torres at the Cropsey Ave location was patient while I tried the many different mattresses. He answered all my questions and offered his professional and personal opinion. He also made sure my delivery request was honored. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying. I will definitely visit again for my next furniture purchase,

Horrible experience at the raymour on cropsey. The store manage Shari cooper was very unfriendly and rude and had no time to help us out with the issue we were dealing with. The store was so quick to charge my card while leaving a few details out about the exchange process leaving us with extra hidden fees. Will not go there again

I purchased a sofa from this location and they gave me an estimated delivery time of four weeks due to it not being in stock. Thankfully, I was able to talk to customer service online to have my item expedited once I saw it in stock on the website. You really have to be on top of your order and not rely on the store itself to help you arrange the delivery. The reason for the one star review is because the store/salesperson promised they would call me once it is in stock but never did. I recommend you weigh your options in the physical store and just order the item online, you’ll most likely get it faster.

HORRIBLE and DISGRACEFUL costumer service! I bought a sofa online (not in this specific store) payed FULL price and after a few weeks of use the leather started peeling off because the stitches literally slowly starting opening up and caused the leather to rip. My sofa is torn apart, I tried so hard to keep it nice but nothing helped. Bought an expensive glue but it didn't help at all. I'm so so upset and disappointed. I called Raymour&Flanagan customer services they were very unhelpful, to say the least. I asked them to either replace it with a new one or send someone to fix it. They are not willing to help at all! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy by this company as their quality is doubtful and their customer service is

Was helped by a very nice lady named Josefina. She helped me get a good mattress cover and a rug. The whole process was simple and she showed me around the whole store. Would recommend to anyone looking to get some furniture to stop by and take a look. Ask for Josefina and she'll take care of any questions or anything you need.

Hi I went to the store after I got my gift card try to by something but the supervisor there all the time do some problems with me I used to be with different supervisor he was a man and was very kind, I didn’t know why they change him with that woman who never help me but was talking very loud and I don’t like to be with her. I have my gift card two of them need to used it or. My money back.
About raiting
my bed room after waiting around a year that lady bother me all the time so how to use my gift cards they are two of them mean $400.
I been with that story for long time around 10 years.
