Leah our salesperson was great! She even let us take a sofa cushion home so we could see how it looked in our living room! We haven’t received our sofa and loveseat though, so I can’t comment on that until we do.

Went in for living room furniture and a new mattress. We wound up spending over 2 hours browsing and trying out many different styles. Camille was outstanding and really helped us with our decision making. We have always purchased our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan for just these reasons.

Good quality merchandise at great prices. AND the only ones who deliver to my home in a matter of days if the items are in stock. The delivery employees are SO good at their job. Efficient, friendly. I will always get my furniture there!

I was helped by a woman named Marie in the Olean NY store. She was professional and courteous. Marie made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my selection. I can not sing her praises more! I would definitely shop there again and ask for her.

She was great. I worked with her to buy my couch and table for our new house and just purchased a recliner. She was able to sell us the floor model because it may be challenging to get it new. So excited with all of our purchases and even when ordering the time frame has been so reasonable compared to their competitors. I also had brought my kids with me and I appreciate how welcoming she was to them tagging along.

The sales associate (Leah) was very helpful but also let me and my sister take our time looking around and testing out each product. The counter attendance were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the warm welcomes. They have a huge selection of living room, dining room, and bedroom. This was my first time there and I’ll be going back for when I’m ready to pick out my dining room and bedroom sets.

Was pleased with professional manner my warranty issue received, at the ray/flan HDQ, "the fix tech, " on-site visit, and the Olean, ray/flan store. It was a smooth process and concluded with me able to do a "re-select" for a new recliner. I have one observation to share: It seems strange to me, if not unfair, for the buyer not being permitted to get a protection plan on the "re-select" purchase from Ray/Flan-which appears to be a HDQ/top management decision. For furniture with motors involved, I think this is a prudent purchase. I would also reference that the newly purchased recliner has yet to be delivered and set up. Many thanks, RCWood

Leah was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable about everything furniture. She answered every question we asked and was very patience and helpful. Not once pushy "to make a sale". We were there for over 3 hours and she never once balked at anything we asked. We bought a sectional with additional components and an extra side sofa for more seating. We also bought just a mattress that Leah was happy to explain all aspects of it to us. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Leah, we really appreciate you taking the time and making the efforts to be sure we could get what we wanted.
