Ray's Pizza and Restaurant (Tallman)

Only giving this place 1 star because of hygiene practices. This is normally my go to place for pizza however I stopped by yesterday for a quick slice and the young girl behind the counter who was the cashier (who shouldn’t be handling food AND dealing with the money, answering phones, etc,) picked up my pizza with her bare hands (holding it by the crust but still with her bare hands) to place it on a tray to heat it up. Needless to say I was disgusted and won’t be eating here again.

Just stopped in for our last slice of true pizza on our way back south and it couldn't have been better. This place is great and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We'll be making it our regular pizza spot on our frequent journeys down.

We order from Ray's at least once a week. My son's favorite pizza and chicken wings!

Lost my order initially, called to check on it an hour later and had to tell them my order over the phone. They said they would rush it for us which took another hour to make and deliver. The delivery guys are very nice but when I called to check on the order again, no one there could offer any help at all. Probably will not order from them again.

Pizza was good I had 2 specialty slices, Veggie slice was tasty just a bit too soggy for my liking, the chicken bacon ranch was great.

This place has a fantastic array of different items on their menu, not just pizza! Delicious food and they’re staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I expected great food here since the reviews are so high, and was pretty surprised when it was not so great. The meat calzone was like sloppy Joe in a pocket. Since when is a calzone more like sloppy Joe than a folded-over pizza? Their sauce is nothing to rave about. I’ve had much better. We will not be ordering from here again. (By the way, Yelp gives this place two stars, and most of the recent reviews here are one star. So, either there are fake reviews or this place USED to be great.)

Got Italian wedge. Bread rock hard. Called and hang up on me. Called back told me they heated bread that’s why. Place sucks

Rays always has a huge selection of pizzas. I tried the taco pizza for the first time. I've never had taco pizza and boy was it delicious. I am coming back here and eating all their slices just because I need to try each one atleast once. All the food is made fresh and the girl at the front was an absolute pleasure to chat with. You can easily tell that good people run this restaurant.

I've come here a number of times. Pizza is great. Service has improved.
They've put up these large screen TVs to show their menu so ordering is pretty easy. They've got a great variety of pizza slices available at all times too. Crust is great; just like NYC pizza.

This is my first order from Ray’s Pizza. I’ve ordered their ravioli alla vodka based on a co-worker recommendation. Let me you, it was the best ravioli that I’ve ever had in my life. Not only the food was delicious, it was delivered very quickly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I will definitely order again from them.

As always love the pizza here and the location in New city. Slight difference in taste from both but still delicious, each have a unique touch. Great place to work as well.

Pasta and pizza are great! Only thing that makes them lose 2 stars is that their side salads are sloppy with 3 pieces of lettuce 1 cucumber and 1 tomato.

The food is good. There are many different types to select from. Not too expensive when compared to other businesses in the area.
