9My first and last time calling to this company. The guy who picks up the calls is so rude. I’m at a party and I don’t know the location well so I told him my location wrong by ACCIDENT then he got mad and literally hang up on me.
Very good to us people of color and always on time. The drivers normally call when they arrive
The driver was good but the person answering the phones needs to be replaced asap that guy yells at you and hangs up on a customer from a profit perspective he is costing the company money and losing it with this bad behavior I'm not using this service again at least Uber doesn't make me feel discouraged
Taxi came quickly, driver was helpful with loading a bike tire into the back and had a quiet ride at a good price.
Sadly, I must give this company a low score. They scream and show no respect towards the customer. Do not call for taxi services.
Sadly, they deserve 1 star. They yell at you and speak with little respect. I am sad to have to leave 1 star. But it is well deserved.
Perfect. Professional. I needed to schedule a car to take my friend to the airport and she didn't want to put her credit card into Uber or Lyft. I didn't know who would take credit card and I called them and they did and they scheduled it and they were on time. The driver was amazing and even on crutches he helped put her suitcase in the trunk!
She got to the airport on time. We used a local business. It was a win-win.
