Professionals. I dropped my M3 off at 9am and they had it back to me by 11. They installed rear toe arms and perfected my alignment. I’ve been a car/track enthusiast my whole life. I’ve searched for years to find a COMPETENT alignment shop and I have finally found one. I always get excuses or my car back driving crooked or a technician that knows everything and doesn’t want to hear my input before an alignment.

I brought my M3 to a different shop a week prior to install front tie rods and rear toe arms. After having it two days they only installed the tie rods and ruined my alignment. They “didn’t know where the rear toe rods went” they thought they were endlinks and never installed them.

If you have a lowered car, this is you one stop shop. I will be back with all my vehicles.

Had a vibration issue at 70+ on my brand new tirerack package (18" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4) that was supposedly road force balanced. Just took it to RCT Performance to get it redone, and was super surprised to learn that all 4 wheels needed to be adjusted and weights added. The balancing was way off. My vibrations completely disappeared and now I literally can't tell if I'm going 60 or 90 MPH. You don't realize how significantly off something like this is until you feel perfection. Highly recommend anyone in NYC that needs a to have their Tesla aligned or balanced etc.to visit RCT Performance in Westbury Li. Guys were very professional, and knew exactly how to work on teslas. They treated my car like gold. They used Jack pads for the lift, adjusted proper tire pressure, used a torque wrench on my lugs <3, and most importantly, treated me and my car with respect. Shout out to James and Doug for being honest, high quality mechanics! Highly recommend!

Owner is a good guy that will take care of your vehicle right. Explains the repairs and his findings. Overall very good experience.

I'm still willing to drive 20+ minutes to them after they closed their Queens location years ago. It's a great crew of pro guys, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Brought in a fairly modified car for a pre purchase inspection. Shop was clean and organized, Employees were courteous and knowledable and even brought us underneath the car to point out several issues, and also several things that were right. Shop also provided a ballpark estimate on the cost to have small issues rectified. Overall a great shop who really know their stuff. If i lived in the area, I would definitely frequently use this shop.

Reliable dependable good mechanics who care about your car. They explain everything and give you options and you never feel they are forcing something on you. Honest and friendly! Best experience!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND CAR. THESE PEOPLE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR THE SIMPLEST THING AS A WHEEL BALANCE, AND GOD FORBID YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT THE HACK JOG THEY DO THE OWNER A SHORT ASIAN GUY WILL DISRESPECT YOU AND CURSE YOU OUT (CALLED DK). TOTAL SCAM ARTIST, THEY WILL TELL YOU THE WORK WILL COST AN AMOUN THEN WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION DO MORE WORK (ACCORDING TO HIM) AND OVERCHARGE YOU. THERE'S LITERALLY NO CUSTOMERS AT THIS PLACE, I SHOULD'VE SEEN THE RED FLAG. ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND HORRENDOUS WORK.

Did the custom alignment twice at first I cloud not tell anything bad about it was beautiful
Second time steering wheel was off center (took them double the time) I ask them to change for me both tie rods they told me 500$ were tie rods cost like 100$ and there is an hour job I think that the fair price should be 300$ thanks guys I won’t come back

Top notch service I called RCT for a alignment and Ryan told me to come in and he would take care of me. I drove from queen to his location and he took me right in and had me out asap. The shop is clean and organized Ryan and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend RCT to anyone for alignment and maintance.

My experience there was great: very good customer treatment, good prices, great sevice and also really fast. Really recommend!

Be careful, getting charged by the brand of the car and not for actual work, they over priced in everything, (they are 35% more expensive then everyone else - for no explained reasons), try asking them why so expensive hahah - they will give you attitude and you still will not get answer ahhah, and if they can’t get something right on the car it is a cars problem (lol) never there’s, couple of my friends and cousins had same exact experience.

I had 4 tires that I ordered from Tire Rack balanced and mounted on my Audi RS5 at RCT Performance in Westbury, and had a 4 wheel alignment performed. Service I received was courteous and professional, and pricing was fair. Car runs perfectly straight and balanced. I dealt with Ryan who very knowledgeable and personable. Overall a great experience, and I will be back to RCT with my other cars.

Great place, i got my tires wrapped on my te37sl, balanced, and installed without any issues. They even squeezed me in their busy morning schedule. Great people, definitly recommend coming here.

Have been a customer of RCT since 2010. Ryan and James are courteous and honest. They explain exactly what they will be doing and are upfront about what the cost will be. Have never been given the hard sell on anything there, but one year when I was having winter tires mounted, they explained the benefit of getting a wheel alignment done. I'm glad I did so. You can do business with these guys and know that you will be treated fairly. They have an integrity that's hard to find these days.

Poor service, rip off, charge you for every little things, they get sour really easily, never admit to their faults, poor feedback, bad attitude, only give good service when they "FEEL" like it.
I been to this place for 3 years, giving them lot of business. But, I found out that they have been ripping me off all this time. I found out by calling other shops for their price in labor.
I do not recommend this place call "RCT".

Had my tires mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment as well done here and service was very quick and clearly explained why my car needed an alignment. Very good service will be back in the future.

Great location very professional shop and good group of guys. You can tell by the way the crew works in tandem with one another. Had four new tires mounted and alignment done and was in and out in no time. Glad they are now located in long island.
