Very speedy service when my heat went out during the snow, they got someone out within the hour and my home was warm within good timing!

Had a leaky drain. The technician was extremely friendly. He worked quickly and neatly. Thank you!

Was very disappointed to have such a poor experience with Real Capital Group after seeing mostly positive reviews. Listing agent stated that all applicants needed to have a minimum credit score to qualify. Provided supporting documentation to this point in my application only for another agent, who could barely string a sentence together, to claim that rental history was most important and that our application was being disqualified because my partner had only a year of rental history. Proceeded to send a series of nearly unreadable requests, all for information we already spent an immense amount of time putting into the application they clearly didn’t read, only to change tune a third time and claim that our application was being disqualified as we lived with family and didn’t have a current landlord (despite a decade of stellar rental history prior). Dishonest and deeply inefficient communication on their end.

We recently moved out of our second property with real capital. We have been gone for a month now and were really struggling to get our deposit back and were worried that we’d never see it. I reached out to Tom directly and once again he immediately jumped on it to help us figure out what was going on. After weeks of waiting, Tom had this issue solved without the week! He has always went above and beyond to help the renters, even when his job is to work with the owners. I can’t thank him enough for always having our back and making sure we feel supported when renting with real capital. Thank you Tom!

We have rented with real capital twice now and both times have been amazing! When we were in desperate need of a new place Tom went above and beyond to make sure we found a new home. He also is the first to help me with any maintenance issues or with all my random questions. I can’t recommend real capital enough!

My husband and I viewed the following property at 1917 Avenue b. On June 10th 2023.
I just looked at my account through real property group.it is showing as "in process.im pissed.tried several times to contact the realty group and the agent.leasing office and agent NEVER responded to my request for an email, phone call or text messages.totally ghosted us.they are a horrible company.still looking for a new place to live.

We will NEVER USE this company ever again. They obviously don't care about potential applicants or renters. My best advice is if you see this company listed as the rental company RUN FAST AND I HARD IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

They charged me for work that was never performed, didn’t pay me rents that were collected. Owner was super rude. Would never use again

Writing this review for a maintainer (Dennis) working for Real Capital Group. Dennis was punctual, respectful, and completed his work efficiently! Thank you. Real Capital Group continues to stay abreast for all inspections and maintenance issues thank you as well.

I’m very happy with the job completed with my kitchen sink and baseboard replaced it was done quickly and efficiently professionally done.

As a landlord I can tell you nothing is as terrifying as a late night call from a tenant or learning you have the wrong tenant. RCG takes care of both so you don’t have to. A great team for sure!

Anthony went above and beyond to help get set up using Real Capital Group. Highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to get help managing a rental property.
