Never use rebag to buy and sell!
Stay away from this platform!
They give you quote to seduce you ship your item to them! Once they receive your item, they will cut your quote to 1/3 and never let you know until you call them! Go to other buyout and consigor (Fashionphile, the real real) They are the way better trustworthy than rebag!
It is a big LIAR!

I really wish I could leave a zero star. I’ve been dealing with an issue for about 1 month now and clearly this company has blacklisted me and my phone number. They don’t respond to emails, when you call the one and only number there is to call the representatives screen the call and give the same “I’ve added you to a list and a manager will call you back within 24-48 hours” what a joke it’s been weeks and still no call back. This company represents the lowest poor quality of customer service. They are only into selling and after you spend your hard earned money that’s where any customer service stops! Buyers beware!

I ordered a bracelet from the outlet, from which all sales are final, because it specified that the condition was "Great, " only noting some scratches. I received the bracelet and in NO universe would it be considered great-it was tarnished and discolored. I contacted Rebag to explain the situation, assuming they'd realize they had made a mistake on their website and allow me to return it, but they simply refused.

REBAG IS A BIG RIP OFF THEY SOLD ME A COUNTERFIT BAG BY CHANEL AND IT HAS THE AUTHENTICITY CARD BUT UPON FARTHER INSECTION THE CODE IS NOT INSIDE THE BAG AND WHEN I WENT TO SEND IT BACK THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND THEN SENT IT TO FEDERAL EXPRESS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

If there was a ZERO star option, that’s what I would be leaving. A SHADY AND SCAM OF A COMPANY. I shipped a package to them which they stated contained no item. This package was taped securely and MOST DEFINITELY contained an item. After MONTHS of emailing and contacting customer service I have received little to no help. I have reached out to UPS and they stated compensation has been issued to Rebag. After confronting this issue Rebag has claimed they will email me the same day but haven’t. REBAG IS NOW STEALING MY MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is “busy with other customers”. Extremely unprofessional business. Customer service attendants seem to be a separate entity, knowing very little about company information. This review is a last resort for me as I find it very hard to leave such negativity.but I am looking to spread awareness and hopefully reach someone who can help solve this problem.

I sent a a LV purse was given a quote of $910 I recieved an email back saying that my purse did not meet there expectations the would be sending it back, they said they sent it they assured me I would have to sign for it im out of purse and my money very disappointed in this situation
