Great food. Boneless wings are nice chunks of white meat. Nicely cooked burger. Delicious sauces. Cold beer. Great service. Worth the slight upcharge.

Service is a little questionable not everyone seems too happy to be there.
But.anyways.
Two nights in a row I ordered a garden salad no onions but add cheese. And added crispy chicken on the side since its a lunch for tomorrow.yesterday a beautiful salad. (hence me coming back for another) Today the 1st salad after waiting 25 min is wrong. Then 6 min later I end up with a container of lettuce and cheese. (yes my chicken was made correctly after it was wrong the first time) no cukes no tomatoes no croutons.no dressing.didn't feel like waiting another 30 to ask for it to be corrected. Especially when it looks like the person who seemed to be the manager took my first salad to be "re made"

Typische coole Sportsbar mit gutem Bier und gutem Essen. Und mindestens 15 Fernseher mit allen Sportarten. Echt gut

There menu needs to expand a little. If you want to watch Hockey, good luck. Every single TV is on football or basketball, guess those are only the 2 sports allowed there.

Everything was great, but it's difficult to overlook the fact that it's a sports bar that closes before the games are close to being over.

While I appreciate the response below, the vacuums running and all bar stools being turned upside down on the tables seemed to indicate they were closing as scheduled.

I have been here before and had issues with order accuracy, but I thought "Why not give them another try? ". After all, it's conveniently located in the hotel where I was staying. Big Mistake.

I placed a pickup order and went down to pick it up. I ordered a flatbread and 5 wings.nothing too complicated. When I get down there, I went up to the bar and let them know I was there to pick up an order. The lady went to check on my order and I was told that it would be another 15 minutes or so. No worries. It's the dinner hour, after all.

I then saw a pizza box-like container and an order of wings pop up in the kitchen area where orders are picked up. I thought to myself "Perfect! My order's ready". I kid you not, TEN MORE MINUTES looked at or touched that food. When they finally brought it to me, I had to ask for the blue cheese that they forgot for the wing order. When I got back to my room, they had also given me the wrong flat bread. I was too tired and hungry after a day of travelling to go back down there to ask for a replacement.

This place has some management issues. I will not be giving them another chance.

UPDATE: Earlier this evening, I received a phone call from Bill, the restaurant manager who apologized and stated that he was going to issue a refund for my order. He was very sincere and I really do hope that they work out their issues. I travel to the area quarterly for work and it would be awesome if this place could step up their game. Most of us that travel for work with a full schedule can probably appreciate convenience. Since this place is located in the Hilton Garden Inn where I usually stay, it would be great to be able to count on it as an option for a good meal.

Great place. Great food. Comfortable atmosphere. Modern and clean. Been here several times and never had a bad experience.

Menu is a good variety. I had ruben which was very good. I'm not big on sports bars so I tolerate all the TVs. It would be nice if the Hilton had a restsurant that was not a sports bar.

Stopped in on a trip passing through Albany. Place is very clean, large, great TV coverage with all sports available. Game room on the side. Food was decent, Flatbread was very good. Triple play burger on point. Fries were very salty, overly salty or this review would have been a 5. No one finished their fries at the table.

Absolutely Terrible experience. Ordered Turkey sandwich and mozzarella triangles. Normally sandwich is on ciabatta like it has been for years. This time thick white bread. Tasted like it was a salt sandwich. Received Mozzarella "triangles" Where just cheap mozzarella sticks. Upon looking again the description of the turkey sandwich did say " country White" So this review is solely based on deception of mozzarella triangles, and ultra salty turkey sandwich.

We stayed at The Hilton connected to this bar/restaurant. We had lunch there and it was fantastic. The server was very accommodating to the 2 little children we had with us.

As for drinks later that night there. The one bartender was just too much. Talking about the phlegm she spit up twice while working. Thats just one issue we had. We were absolutely disgusted. We had planned on eating there until all her comments. We left and went to the Dinosaur.

Love the remodel and the new menu! The Mediterranean power bowl and flatbread are DELICIOUS! Kids enjoyed the new gaming area and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be back!

Stopped here for a bite to eat as we were traveling through town. (First timer) Sat at the bar and Anthony and Desiree were our bartenders. These 2 were great! My husband got the Buffalo Mac & Cheese and I got a crunch burger. Yum. The Atmosphere was fun. We will be back!

Loved the food have to say it was SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN DELMONICOS AND BLACK&BLUE RESTAURANTS. IF I COULD GIVE THE RECOVERY ROOM 100 STARS I WOULD AND I DIDNT HAVE TO SIT ACROSS ANYONE WHILE EATING MY STEAK DINNER AND WATCH THEM TAKE FLIP FLOPS OFF AND PLAY WITH THEIR FEET AND STICK FINGERS IN TOES WHERE IT GETS NASTY AND TOUCH HER FOOD AND THE CONDIMENTS AND SILENTLY WROTE OUR WAITRESS A NOTE ABOUT IT AND ALL I GOT WAS A I KNOW THERES BEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND YET NO ONE DID NODDA. 190.00 BUCKS FOR ORDER THAT I LOST APPETITE FROM SEEING THIS BUT WE STILL TIPPED OUR WAITRESS AND TOOK DOGGIE BAG HOME TO TOSS IN GARBAGE.
NOW IN THE RECOVERY ROOM THE ATMOSPHERE WAS PLEASANT AND A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER TO FOR HER 21st BIRTHDAY. OH LADTLY I HAVE TO SAY I ORDERED A SOUTHERN COMFORT DOUBLE SHOT ON ROCKS AND IT WAS DEFINITELY SOCO. UNLIKE THE OTHER 2 RESTAURANTS MENTIONED IN WHICH U COULD TELL WAS WATERED-DOWN. THANK YOU RECOVERY ROOM FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY DAUGHTER AND THE BURGERS I TOOK HOME TO MY SON WERE EXCELLENT AFTER BEINH HEATED UP IN A CONVENTIONAL OVEN. HE LOVED IT AND SO DID I. AND THE EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM OUR WAITRESS. WISHED I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BE SURE WE WERE OK THATS WHY SHE GOT AN AWESOME TIP? ‍️? ‍️

Nice place we just had drinks and watched football.excellent place to watch a game only negative it feels a little to corporate

Just went to pick up my order, and an employee gave it to someone else. They made it right, gave a discount, a dessert, and was very apologetic. Had to wait for a reorder, but they were great how they resolved it. Wish more places were like that! Nice job guys!
