Red Lobster, New York NY

Me and my daughters have our day dates here for lunch. We love going here not s s crowded when you go for lunch time.

I was just planning to go to this place for a birthday dinner. I'm a person that like to plan ahead so I gave them a call the first time they picked up and hug up. The second time didn't even pick up.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for a server. Took over 30 minutes before I had to leave because my order was still not ready. Had to go back to work hungry. The sad part is they weren't even busy.

Great food, excellent customer service. I had to catch a show and server made sure we made it happen.

Only one thing that left us with bad taste is the trick they do with the check - they includes 18% tip in the total check, we saw it only after we pay the bill, and it was upsetting, service gratitude shouldn’t be hiding in the check it should be open for costumer decision.

Went to the Red Lobster on 34th Street and Times Square haven't been to Red Lobster in Provo 5 years would never go back again forcing small service sucks

Crowded and dirty. Friendly staff do the best they can. Food arrived clearly undercooked - no real quality control.

Went there for my birthday and our server was not very attentive. The music was so loud I could barely hear myself speak

The waiting for us was fast, very big and beautiful place. Looks fancy, outside and inside. Elevator and stairs. Multiple exits, and classic music to relax and enjoy your meal. Waiters and waitresses super helpful and catering high quality. They helped and attended right away. Courteous people, beautiful environment. Food delicious all the way, and drinks as well. The Piña Colada is the best. No one can't beat their lobsters! Fancy bathrooms. Very satisfied! 5 Stars and more!

This location in Times Square provided a beautiful view and the food and drinks were on point! The service was exceptional, we look forward to visiting again!

The food was ok. But they overcharged us. They charged separately for the Pizza and toppings and 18% gratuity. I would not recommend the place.

This red lobster is a really good resturant. They even have options that are not seafood releted if u dont want seafood related food. Almost all of the food there has amazing taste and are just amazing in general

Awesome food and nice ambience. A must visit for those who want to try sea food.
We went there as a group and enjoyed lobster, crab and salmon.

The worst restaurant ever. I went there when I was really hungry (normally should taste good). All the foods we had were dry and chewy. They do not taste at all as they were supposed to taste. The service was bad.
I regret that I read good reviews about the restaurant and I actually did go there.

Find better place for the same price!

Great experience! Lobster was delicious as the whole rest of the menu.being an Italian I don't recommend the pasta, as there are far better things on the menu. 8dollars a pint ain't cheap, but I'm used to Cardiff prices.
