Red Lobster, Ronkonkoma NY

Great food, great service, very little wait even though we went on a Sunday at 5: 30. The only complaint was that they were out of several drinks at the bar that people at our table were asking for but the waitress was very accommodating and even compted a few of the drinks we did get due to the inconvenience. We will definitely be returning and recommend to others.

Got take out lobster tail crab legs shrimp scallops and mussels. Everything was good to eat and nicely packed.

Service was wonderful but food was inconsistent. All of the servers were friendly, completely compliant with masks and sanitary measures, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our orders were taken and filled quickly. We spent a long time at the table talking and planning the rest of the day but never once felt rushed (albeit there were plenty of open tables). Unfortunately, while my salmon bowel was very good, my father's seafood feast was overcooked and greasy and my mother's surf and turf was similar. Oddly enough, the crispy Brussel sprouts were the best part of our meals.

A couple of mistakes were made on my order, but they made every reasonable effort to satisfy me. I left a generous tip.

The food was amazing although there were volgure things written on the inside of the men's bathroom stall. The door also has a lock but doesn't line up with the opening leaving the door unlocked.

Hey owner, 2 1/2 weeks ago I sent a message to you saying I had no way to get to you on Facebook. I said give me a phone number, I would call you. Now your back to no answer. I see where your managers get their RUDE from, THE TOP. By the way to the people who say how much they love this place, stop fooling yourself, and stop trying to fool us.

We had a wonderful dinner there.the service was great, very attentive. Food was really good and came out faster than i thought.good time was had by all!

I went here today for lunch with my mom. We had the pleasure of having a young man named 'CONNER' as our waiter. He was the best waiter i have ever had. The best! He made sure we had drinks and our food was hot. I suggest you pay this man well. I would love to have him as a waiter again! Thank you Conner for a great lunch.

Endless shrimp this time had good sized shrimp! Waiter was prompt and got the next wave of shrimp to us so it did feel "endless"!

All u can eat shrimp.by the time we were served fresh and unburned shrimp my family was full! We should have refused the shrimp. But because The portion of my My shrimp alfredo was so small, I complained about that, so they did give me more pasta.thats why we didnt want to complain about the endless shrimp.they cut back on everything. I always got a salad with my alfredo.not anymore.usually 2 sides for other dishes now only one, but no sides with pasta that cost $18.00.not worth the $100.00 without a tip. $120.00 with a tip and it's just a Monday afternoon! Ridiculous. I never got free money from the goverment and dont want it. I work for my money! Time to go back to the drawing board Red Lobster.

We visited last night for my pre birthday dinner and had AMAZING SERVICE by Anthony. He was EXTREMELY Attentive and our food came out at the perfect pace. He continuously checked up on is if we needed anything. We will definitely be back because of the amazing service we had. Thank you… Anthony definitely deserves a customer service award for being OUTSTANDING ️ Very polite and Excellent server

Service good. Bread good. Drinks good. The food…. I wish it was less buttery and salty. Seafood can be fresher.

Amazing as always.the service here was super fast for a Friday night. Was very impressed. Delicious

Got the "ultimate surf and turf" steak melted like butter. Other star of the show was the bacon wrapped sea scallops. Meal paired with a blue moon and finished off with a brownie overboard.

I went on a Thursday night and they had a lobster tail and steak special! It was delicious! Very impressed with food!

We were serviced by Jordan. Who made sure our experience was very tasty & comfortable. Attentive, great service & made sure our every need was met. A+ An asset to any company he'd work for. Thank you Jordan.

If I could I would give zero stars I ordered four dinners not one can with any of the accompanying sauces or biscuits or options no cocktail sauce no tartar sauce no sour cream no butter no toast on mussels no sodas. Restaurant refused to deliver so we have four people with incomplete meals that got cold while arguing with restaurant who refused to deliver missing items. Terrible customer service. Will never order again
