Red Lobster, Williamsville NY

I pulled in the parking lot and let them know that I was there. My food came out shortly thereafter. It was delicious as always

Lobster, scallops, and shrimp were excellent. Service was slow at first, 4: 00 pm due to lack of workers but by the time we left more of them came in and no problem. Server was great an very accommodated to our needs.

Coconut shrimp was delicious as were the rolls they brought out before the meal. My broccoli side was very bad and old tasting. Offered another side but didn't want it. Was pretty chilly in the dining area too. Server friendly and attentive.

Mid afternoon break from shopping, hot clam chowder and Caesar salad with iced tea beverages; food was good, our server Joseph S was very, very polite, food and beverage were served promptly, atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you all at Red Lobster.

Made our yearly visit for my wife's birthday. There was a little bit of a wait due to staffing issues but nothing terrible. Our server was pleasant and attentive but clearly stressed. Assuming having to wait on more tables than normal is the reason. Food was delicious and hot. Can't wait till my birthday dinner!

Ordered the Ultimate Feast. The shrimp skewer and lobster came out cold and both were undercooked. The lobster tail was completely translucent. Waitress was really nice and offered to bring out another order. The shrimp came out cooked.and the new lobster tail was literally mushy. I wont ever go back to any Red Lobster again, and its a shame because the FOH is always great.

I love red lobster food and was never unsatisfied until Saturday October 30th when we ordered take out and our lobster tails were babies and either spoiled rotten and had a terrible taste to them. I wish that I could upload the pictures I took of them from home!

Had to wait for pick-up because that person was also tending bar. He was very nice, but that area is not very organized.

Service extremely friendly food was on top of this world. Thanks Mike. Your the greatest. When your at red lobster in Transit n main gats off to Mike our waier.

Went for my birthday celebration. When we entered there was a sign about being short staffed. The hostess explained it would be a 30 minute wait due to staffing issues. On a regular visit it would of been the same amount of time. The service was fantastic. The food was excellent. All the employees are stepping up in a difficult time.

It was really good, it was my first time ever going to red lobster! I was very pleased. Great staff! I will definitely be going back.

Food always good however the fryer wasn't working. Couldn't order what I wanted had to choose something else. Server was great!

Staff was amazing today! 7pm on a Monday! (7/29/21) they were kind, enthusiastic, and gave us exactly what we wanted in a very prompt time! 5 stars

Ordered takeout which was great. Surprised that they do a really good steak seeing as it's a seafood place but the strip steak was great!

For some reason, the food was not good. Been to Red Lobster hundreds of time and first time food was kinda cold, no seasoning.

Me and my wife both got the Seafarer's Platter. This was one of the best seafood dinners I've had in a long time. Everything was great and the lobster tail was sweet and fresh tasting and the price isn't really as high as some other restaurants' seafood platters. OUr server (don't know his name) was very good also and the food came out pretty quick. I hope it stays that way next time!

Other than the one guy that called the gave me food poisoning serving me bad crab. Although I ordered appetizers and a drink the only thing comped was my actual meal even though I left the restaurant with nothing in my stomach.

Great food. The staff very were friendly, attentive and polite as well as they all displayed excellent customer service skills.
