Red Lobster, Bronx NY

This Sunday it was terrible. We waited 2 hours to get our food. The Biscuits were not even done. Yuck!

Waiter hard to find. More focused on the football game than serving us. It’s as if they didn’t want us to have the endless shrimp. Waited for the second endless shrimp forever. We got there at 12: 30pm so there was no one really there.

I went here and the food wasn’t that great. My service wasn’t great we weren’t served our bread or water or anything really. My mother was really upset with the service that she decided to never come back. The guy even messed up my order too.

Very very slow service. It took 15 minutes to get water and a waitress. The bar is also slow. We ordered a mac and cheese and a Caesar salad and waited 40 minutes, but it never came. We finally walked out after eating biscuits to hold us over. I do not recommend this Red Lobster.

This restaurant is very good, but the main reason my wife and I go to that specific red lobster location is for the amazing and fantastic server they have her name is AMY, and she is unique.

My server’s name was Matthew he had color eyes he gave me great service he deserves a raise me and my family had him serve us about 3 times and he never let up he was very attentive and caring only problem we had was out margaritas was in regular glasses and not the right glasses but our drinks was perfect once again red lobster thanks for hiring a great guy like Matthew be back soon hopefully he there.

With so many less expensive places to have seafood I don't know how these places are still a thing. I had a beer and soup and paid 5-star restaurant prices.

The service is so so. I miss when they first opened then they had the banana bread, that was the best, until they change it to sometime butter biscuits and even those are not cook well some of the time. And the broccoli was so uncooked that I believe the chef forgot to cook it.

Host new they are short on services
Still took reservations knowing customer time for service waiting over two hours for food. Never every again will I eat at this place. Roaches get better services because they at the door customer.

I've been ordering Shrimp Pasta Alfredo for years and never really had a complaint until today. Whoever is in charge of that station must be relieved to another (maybe making salads) The Shrimp we're burnt and hard. I've never experienced this before.and I had to write a review.

Greeter had an attitude we sat at the bar and they had the bartender waiting on tables while the bar was full. Manager on duty was beside the bar with a nasty attitude.
Will never go there again

The waitress was condescending, not friendly, slow at serving, and putting in the order. My husband ordered all you can eat shrimp on yesterday, Thursday, August 17,2023. He always orders shrimp scampi only. Well, the initial order cones out with 2 plates and then 1. Well, instead of putting in the next order of scampi after he finished the first plate, she waited on 3 sets pf customers then placed his order, thus making him wait an additional ten minutes. This happened two times. Since this happened, she can never wait on us again. I informed the manager on duty named Aja, then we abruptly paid for dinner and left the restaurant prematurely because of this bad behavior. We did not finish the meal.

One of my favorite locations, staff here is polite and tends to all their customers. Wait time is not long. The manager here, Omar, he is super fantastic. I love his energy, I wish all locations had someone like him as a manager. He is super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and seasonal changes and deals. I will always come back to this specific red lobster

Jasmine was a terrible server she served us our appetizers but never came back to ask us if we ate ready to order our main meals. She took the appetizers of another table that came before us and went back to

Their orders. Mind you she walked passed us like 4 times and never once asked if we are ready to order. Then she tried to justify herself saying that she asked us if “we are good” when she asked us originally what we would want to start with. We had our appetizers to the side of the table and kept looking at her to see if she would attend to us but completely ignored us. Terrible customer service the other reviews are right about this place. I wouldn’t recommend it. 30 minutes waiting to be served we had enough and left the place
