Red Lobster, Amherst NY

Not crazy about the crab cakes. I left hungry and for the 2 of us the bill was $106 with a 18% tip.

How do you order fish and chips and never get the chips. Ordered Cole slaw with my to go order and didn't get that either. Seriously disappointed.

There is a smell in the building I'm not sure if it is the carpet or sewer system but it needs to be looked into

Ordered dinner for 4 people with curbside pickup on 07/01/2021. Arrived at the correct time to pick up, called and was put on hold to get my order. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called again. Same result. Sat a while longer and called again, only to be put on hold a third time. Finally went in and requested my dinner from the hostess. She told me to give her a “second”. 10 minutes later she again told me “ in a second”. She finally went back and returned to tell me it was being bagged. After a second check I told her I’d give them 5 minutes to get my food or I wanted a credit. I got my order 4 minutes later. It was cold. It took an hour of waiting and a second customer left due to the poor handling of My order. Never again. This was the Transit Rd location- 14221.

On July 2nd, Corey the waiter was great, the food totally subpar! Crab legs totally insipid and the side of broccoli, equally tasteless, cold and uncooked

Recd steak that was over cooked then did not receive a replacement steak for about 25 minutes. Also at our table we received a lobster that was over cooked as well but the manager insisted it was supposed to be there. If the waitress we had would have not been the nicest waitress we had in a while they would have gotten no stars as tge food quality has definately gone down hill.

Food was not ready when I arrived after the allotted time, 40 minute wait and when I asked to be served a drink I was told that only if I ordered something to eat when I asked to order something for an appetizer along with my drink I was told it has to be substantial for me to be served alcohol, when I further inquired from the manager who was talking to me as to what substantial would qualify as he stated more like three sides of fries would be considered substantial which was quite vague, unreasonable (since I already ordered food worth 50$) and sounded more like as if I wasn't welcome and their unwillingness to serve would be described by the excuses they presented me for not serving me, to sum it up in one word my experience was humiliating

I was disappointed in me pick up order. On, it was unorganized, I didn't know where I should pick up at, two, the food was less quality as it usually is when I dined in, and I was missing items. I know they could do better, just come on time and ask about your order so it won't be cold

The server Josh was amazing. He had great customer service skills. The biscuits were stale and microwaved.awful tasting. Skewer shrimps were overcooked and had no flavor. Cold soup was served to our table. The coconut shrimp my daughter ordered was the best part of the meal. Worst Red Lobster experience.

Our SERVICE was EXCELLENT, but the food was lousy and sparse. Some of our crab was cold and our waitress was kind enough to order us more.

One of the best restaurants i love their food it tastes amazing especially the lobster and artichoke dip

Wish i could give ZERO. Sat at the bar with my gf for 15 mins and nobody served us. I used to work here.seems as if standards have reached an all time low. The staff I worked with was top notch. This was a polar opposite!

I haven't been to Red Lobster in over 15 years and my experience was amazing everything was delicious my server was amazing I can't wait to go back and I'm definitely going to recommend those who haven't thank you for a wonderful experience and happy holidays

Our server Snow was excellent. She was very attentive to our needs. Endless shrimp was very good. The hostesses were awful and the need better training. I still love Red Lobster and wouldn't dock a star!

Arrived just after 8pm, at least 6 empty tables in view yet had to wait almost 20 minutes. We weren't alone. Two other parties waiting. Tables were bussed but not cleaned. From the staffs comments and our observations they didn't clean until the table was needed. Men's room was very dirty. The waiter in training was very confused. The only saving grace was our main waiter was good.

Food was delicious as always the waitress started out very good you know not rushing us but then towards the end she was horrible we had to wait sit there so long for our check and she was not busy so as I say the food is good I don't know about some of the waitresses there

Came for the endless shrimp food was great but the service was bad. When you reorder they send you a sample plate and the waitress comes every 15 minutes. Place was not busy. Food 4 service 1

It was great, the food was excellent & the our waiter was very nice! I would come back just because of the waiter!

Food quality has improved noticeably since our last visit. Might be because it wasn't busy; maybe not. Service was sporadic with us, but good with others around us. Overall a good experience.

FOOD WAS JUST HORRIBLE! ALL YOU CAN EAT BRINE SHRIMP IS WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED! ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE BISCUITS. RAN OUT OF DRESSING 4 SALAD. RAN OUT OF CHEESE. WAITED 4 WATER SO LONG I ENDED UP DRINKING SOMEONE ELSE IN MY PARTY WATER. THE CRAB LEGS WERE THE SIZE OF A HERMIT CRAB. THE SESAME SHRIMP LITERALLY HAD A SESAME SEED AND WASN'T COOKED THROUGH. I COULD GO ON 4EVER. BUT PROBABLY WONT BE BACK. NO DEFINITELY
